      Went to dinner RT in Charleston SC. The place was empty, maybe that was a sign I don't k ow for sure. Sat down waitress ca e over and I ordered a draft beer while looking at the menu. The beer arrived and the mug was warm, to room temp, but warm like from the dishwasher. Are there no frosted mugs at RT? I ordered the brisket melt, and when it arrived, the bread was not grilled, and the slice of cheese was. It melted at all, or even a little. I waited for the waitress to come check on us but after 5/6 minutes I saw no one. I was forced to eat it as is since as a diabetic I just took my insulin shot and had no choice. When the waitress did arrive I expressed my displeasure and she told she does not cook the food. I might add my wife's cheeseburger suffered the same non melted cheese presentation. I paid we left with nobody contacting us any further. To make things worse, I tried the RT site for complaints and it does not work. I tried the company email and it does not work. I tried calling and the answering machine is on an endless loop and you cannot get a person on the phone.

      Date of eat in dining was August, 27th 2022. Ruby Tuesday has been one of my husband and I favorite restaurant. We generally dined at Ruby Tuesday in Effingham, Illinois until the restaurant unfortunately closed. My husband and I took a weekend trip to Columbus, Indiana and noticed a Ruby Tuesday, we became excited to dine there once more. Unfortunately the excitement became disappointing; Greeted by the hostess saying, "It will be a 15 minute wait, you can stay outside and if we forget about you come back in." (Very few tables were occupied ) Restaurant was not clean, floor in the entry way and in front of salad bar was extremely sticky. Shoes stuck to it. Salad bar was messy, limited choices of salads and dressings, many of the containers at salad bar was empty or with small amounts of food in them and no plates. Our waitress did not refill our water, check to see if everything was okay with the meals. We asked to speak to the manager, the waitress explained the general manager was out and the manager had stepped out. There was no one available to speak with.       April 28, 2022 my husband and I decided to order from Ruby Tuesday's in Bedford to go. We placed an order online that came to $49.80 and paid for it with my debit card on their website. My husband went into the restaurant at the time they said the order would be ready and it was not ready, the employee told my husband that they couldn't even find the order that we placed. The employee entered our order in again at the computer. On May 2, 2022, I noticed that we had been charged again for the same order of $49.80. I tried disputing the transaction with my bank but they were no help so I went to the restaurant and spoke with the manager. The manager took the transaction number from the receipt and said she would look into it and call me back. She never called me back, so I decided to give her a call today May 26, 2022, almost a month later because I have yet to get a refund for being charged twice. When I talked to her she said that she reached out to the company and they said the second charge was dropped however that isn't true. I have not seen a credit on my bank statement and want my money back because we did not eat from there but once.

      It 7:01pm on 4/18/22 I olaced an online order for pick up. Total of the order is $55.50 upon recieving confirmation email and the money being taken from my accout via debit I started to drive to the restaurant. Ariving at the restaurant there are others in the parking lot however the doors to the store are locked with a note on the door due to management issues we closed it 3pm dated 4/17/2022! If the store is not open we should not have been able to place or be charged for food we can not obtain and the corporate offices are not open. I will be calling tomorrow when they open but this store was not listed with the BBB so if have serious concerns that the corporate office will so nothing about refunding mine or anyone elses money for a meal we never received.

      Myself, husband & friend went to lunch on February 12, 2022 & all had the salad bar. The only thing we all had in common was the Ranch dressing. We all became very ill within 24 hours, last up to 3 days for a few of us. Food poisoning. I immediately call & spoke with the store manager, Jerry, and he acted like he was concerned and told me he would get all of my money back to me. He proceeded to tell me that he was contacting his boss & has continued to blow me off & blame the lack of communication & proceeding on her, Ashley. I lost out on 3 days of work because of this, my friend became extremely ill & almost in the hospital due to pregnancy with this. I have tried to call the corporate number, but it is just a recording that loops & never get anyone.

      on 03/30/22 my husband ordered food online from Ruby Tuesdays in Inverness FL. When he went to go pick it up the store manager told him that they didn't have the dessert that he had ordered was not available and wanted to replace it with another dessert. my husband asked if we could just get a refund because we don't like there other desserts and the manager got upset and said that they can not give any refunds due to it being an online order so its either we take another dessert or take the loss and was being rude about it. so my husband got upset and chose to take another dessert so we didn't just lose the money we spent. when he got home he started to pass out the food and noticed that they changed my daughters fries to tatter tots with out saying anything and it upset my autistic daughter. so we called up there to figure out what happened with the order and when talking to the manager things started to get heated when i told him that my autistic daughter was upset about the tatter tots he said your daughter was crying because there was no fries...i said you do know what autism is right.. and he said yes.. then he said he wants to talk to my husband since he is nicer...so when i gave my husband the phone and the manger then tried to tell my husband that i was being rude while to him while he was being polite...my husband then told him that he could here the manager getting loud on the phone with me and asked for a refund of $84.00 the manager said ok and said that he was going to get a hold of his manager and the refund should be back on my within a couple days.....its been a week and still have not received anything yet

      I went to eat dinner with my girls, but came across a very rude waitress. She asked me what would I be having, so I told her nothing and that I was just ordering for them. She proceeded to start at me Sturn and with an attitude, then snatched my girls menus.

      I recently purchased (5) $15 00 cards but must recently been made aware that Ruby's Tuesday has closed all their restaurants. I don't understand why they would be allow to sell gift cards for this establishment with false pretense of being able to use them. I have reached out to their quest relation requesting a full refund of the $75 spent.

      Ordered from Pasta Americana on Door Dash, shows that Ruby Tuesday's in Presque Isle, ME is Pasta Americana. Ordered the Shrimp Scampi pasta dish which states is a lemon butter sauce on pasta with broiled shrimp, also ordered breadsticks, item described as 5 breadsticks in order. Received BOILED shrimp of fettuccine alfredo and 3 breadsticks. Called Ruby Tuesday's to inform, they state they cannot refund the cost nor would they fix the order and wanted to offer me free entrees to which I said no. I asked for a refund as neither item ordered was correct. I complained about incorrect advertising on their site, manager states they have tried to get Door Dash to change it but they refuse, also state they don't have correct descriptions on their BBQ offerings as well. Called Door Dash and they would not refund entire purchase due to fees.
