              I initially filed a complaint against this business because they were in violation of TN Code *********, "Duty to inform consumer of rights," however, once I paid and got my vehicle home, I continues to find several minor issues to the vehicle, as well as evidence of illegal activity:1. The engine bay prop hook had been broken off (this allows access to the engine).2. There was no audio from my stereo (I spent 3 hours trying to find the problem - one of the speaker wires had been bolted under the engine plate when it was reattached. The wire was severed and the exposed metal was causing the stereo to short.) 3. The vehicle had been driven 150+ miles during its time at the shop.4. The license plate had been modified with electrical tape, so that a "J" was turned into a "U" and the issuing county had been covered up (this is illegal).5. There was a dent in the rear as well as several scratches on the bumper.6. The tail light was not working (turns out while they did install the new taillight I provided, they left the old bulb in - that bulb was broken, so I replaced it myself).7. The spare tire mount had been bent in such a way that it will not properly hold the spare tire and will need to be replaced.8. There seems to be an additional electrical error with the dash lights (they will only illuminate when the brakes are applied - I have not fully investigated this yet, but felt that I should mention it in light of all the other issues).ALL of the above has been documented with photos and/or video and a police report has been filed regarding the modification of the license plate and dents/scratches on rear of vehicle.

              This place was recommended to me by a salesman with one of the car dealerships in that area, so I took my vehicle for annual service on 9/27/24 around 8am. I received a call from one of the ladies at the front desk around 1:25 pm. telling me that my car was ready and everything looked good and the car checked out well and she gave me my total bill that included an oil change for over $600. But when I arrived to pick my car up, as I was in the process of paying one of the front receptionist went and got my car and brought it around (instead of the technician) which seemed odd. As I prepared to leave with my car (a friend of mine who had been taking my car out for a short distance once a month noticed the check engine light was on and wouldn't go off (which over the year that I've had my car the check engine light was never on) so I went back inside to inquire about it and that's when the lies and attitudes begin. Instead of them fully servicing my car, they only did an expensive oil change (and I'm not sure if they truly did that). They didn't even do a simple thing as correcting the tire pressure which should have been a part of the annual maintenance service. ***** (whom I initially spoke with to schedule the appointment) and both of the front desk receptionist went back where my car was taken for the 2nd time and had a diagnostic run on my car that he (*****) said would take 45 minutes, but they returned back in less than 15 minutes ??. Now they are trying to convince me that I have all these issues going on with my car and I would have to bring it back for further diagnostic and repair. No the **** I won't!!! My car was in great shape when Itook it there. NO CECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON AT ALL. I'm taking it legitimate Bentley servicer instead, but no one else recommended in the *************************** area. I regret ever taking my car to this place ??! I will never recommend this place to anyone I know! Because of this situation, they just lost a lot of potential business
