    This place was recommended to me by a salesman with one of the car dealerships in that area, so I took my vehicle for annual service on 9/27/24 around 8am. I received a call from one of the ladies at the front desk around 1:25 pm. telling me that my car was ready and everything looked good and the car checked out well and she gave me my total bill that included an oil change for over $600. But when I arrived to pick my car up, as I was in the process of paying one of the front receptionist went and got my car and brought it around (instead of the technician) which seemed odd. As I prepared to leave with my car (a friend of mine who had been taking my car out for a short distance once a month noticed the check engine light was on and wouldn't go off (which over the year that I've had my car the check engine light was never on) so I went back inside to inquire about it and that's when the lies and attitudes begin. Instead of them fully servicing my car, they only did an expensive oil change (and I'm not sure if they truly did that). They didn't even do a simple thing as correcting the tire pressure which should have been a part of the annual maintenance service. ***** (whom I initially spoke with to schedule the appointment) and both of the front desk receptionist went back where my car was taken for the 2nd time and had a diagnostic run on my car that he (*****) said would take 45 minutes, but they returned back in less than 15 minutes ??. Now they are trying to convince me that I have all these issues going on with my car and I would have to bring it back for further diagnostic and repair. No the **** I won't!!! My car was in great shape when Itook it there. NO CECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON AT ALL. I'm taking it legitimate Bentley servicer instead, but no one else recommended in the *************************** area. I regret ever taking my car to this place ??! I will never recommend this place to anyone I know! Because of this situation, they just lost a lot of potential business

    2011 charger...I had my car towed here,there was an electrical issue.told them there was a short to ground somewhere in the harness. I was told there would be a min 1hr/$170 diagnostic fee.After my car being there for only 30 mins I was called back and told now there is a 3 hr minimum diagnostic needed at $170/hr. I said fine go ahead. After only 30 mins I was called back and told my car needs a ***. It would cost $1600+ the balance I've already accumulated. I declined.Paid $590 for the 3.5 hrs of work claimed on the less than 1 hr of work done.i ordered the *** from flagship one for only $280 (same company they would've used according to the tech),it was at my door step in less than a week.I understand having to upcharge because you're a business,but at almost 600% is insane.I installed in less than 15 minutes ($1600 worthy 15 mins),and my issues didn't change a bit.so, I concluded it's most likely not the issue.i call them bk to let them know,he pretty much guaranteed that was my problem and said they would take a look at MY INSTALL,as if I could actually install a new computer so precisely wrong to mk it have the same issues as the old 1.I broke out my multimeter and within 20 mins I found the issue. A short to ground exactly as I exclaimed to them several times but was ignored.i clipped the pigtail and replaced it with another in less than 5 minutes.I said all this to say this place does not have real automotive technicians. They are a bunch of parts changers, ***************** *************** can not diagnose real problems and definitely not without those car scanners telling them step by step what to do.I've worked on my own vehicles all my life and the 1 time I didn't have time to do so and trusted someone else to do it this is what happened. I'm out of $590+$280+ $100(tow) because of lazy and inexperienced wrench turners parading around like real mechanics. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS U JUST NEED AN OIL CHANGE. Anything else would be too advanced for these people.

    Im sorry *************** is upset with his repairs. Unfortunately there is more to the story. The vehicle was diagnosed and 100% confirmed that the *** was defective along with 3 other major components. We informed *************** that the *** was bad and after it was replaced it would have to be rediagnosed and find out if there was an underlying issue that damaged the ***. With us not doing the repairs we were unable to do further diag to confirm that. *************** called and said he replaced *** and was still having issues. We did inform him to bring it back in and we would further diagnose. Unfortunately he did not bring the vehicle back in.

    I brought my car to do a diagnostic test they charge me ******for this test. And they told me I needed a R&RLowFuel Sensor and they saying the battery was no good so they charge me ******plus 132.00 ***** plus a seat belt to need to be replace ******when they got thur my bill it was ********. Which I didnt need this at all they lied to me and took my money !! As a lady trying to get her car fix , to get back and forth to work , They took advantage of me They knew I need a transmission in my car ! They lied to me ! I will never go back to this company again ! ************************* referred me to them ! I hate that they did this to a hard working lady ! So I ask them can I come to get my car after they fixed it ! When I got on the interstate my car was smoking ************ let me drive off with no motor oil in the car stuck on the interstate! Which I just gave them all of this money my car not fixed at all they patch my car up ,charge me arm leg ! They not trying to satisfy a customer at all ! All out for money !

    I'm not sure exactly what ********************* is asking for or needing, and I'm really having a hard time understanding what was written on the above customer review. ********************* had her vehicle towed into our facility with it not starting or running. The battery was bad which was not alloying the vehicle to turn over. After replacing the battery the vehicle would turn over, but not start and run. We found that the low fuel pressure sensor was defective and not reading correctly which was not alloying the vehicle to start and run. After completing these repairs Mrs. ********* asked us to diagnose why her information screen wasn't working and diagnose why her backseat was stuck in the down position. We found that the screen was bad and that her seatbelt was wrapped around the back seat in the down position with the seatbelt and retractor locked up around it. We explained that it would need a new screen and a new seatbelt to correct those issues. After giving her an estimate she approved both of the new repairs she added. 2 days later she called and complained about the prices so, per our discussion decided not to do the screen. After the repairs were completed she took 7 days to pick it up. Normally we charge $45 per day for storage 2 days after completion. We did wave those fees for her. So she brought the vehicle in not starting, not running, and rear seat stuck down. When she picked up the vehicle it was starting, running, and seat in the upright position with seat belt working. Even if the transmission had an issue we would not be able to diagnose or test with it not starting or running. The transmission was performing the way it was supposed on our test drive after completing repairs.
