Tiger Bonding provides complimentary parking to its bond customers who have to report to court. ******************************************* *** does not own, operate, or manage the parking lot where our business is located. The owners of the property provide a certain number of parking spaces daily. Tiger Bonding customers who come to our office to park must come in before parking and leaving their vehicles to let someone know they are parking for court. The tow truck company has monitors on the lot to see who will come into the bonding company before they park and leave.

On the morning of the alleged incident, as the complainant states in her narrative, she did not come into the bonding company to notify anyone that she would be parking and leaving her vehicle on the property to go to court. The monitors observed the complainant parking with notifying the bonding company and her vehicle was subsequently towed.

Tiger Bonding is not affiliated with the monitors, parking lot owners, or tow truck company and has no control over its activities. Upon returning, the complainant was given the number to the tow truck company which is posted outside of the building. As a courtesy, Tiger Bonding will provide the number if an individual believes their vehicle has been towed. Upon being told that Tiger Bonding Company did not have anything to do with towing her vehicle, the complainant became loud and beligerent. She was asked to leave the office and became increasingly loud, argumentative and disruptive. She eventually left the office with any further incident.
