Very very ************* poor food, horrible quality. Sat in drive thru for twenty minutes and no one answered then drove to the window and was told they are doing a shift change in the middle of a long line at 1030 pm. While sitting at the window for another 10 minutes with the uneducated workers and manager laughing there while staring out at customers and letting ********************** lose thousands of dollars. This has to do with order 202 placed at the **********************************. location in ******* **. on 2/3/23 1:24 PM. The Guy that took my order stood there and argued with me about what I ordered in front of everybody when he was the one that rung up the wrong thing. I ordered a Hot and Spicy chicken sandwich which is $1.59. He rang up some other sandwich for over $4. After I said no not that chicken sandwich, I want the one for a dollar something. He said we don't have one for that much. He kept going back and forth and I had to point to the sandwich on the Menu above his head. He then asked me does it come with lettuce. He didn't even know what came on the sandwich. When my sandwich did actually become ready, he just dumped it in the bag and shoved it in front of me and turned around and walked off not saying a thing. He was highly disrespectful and unprofessional. People like him don't need to be working with the general public at all. He turned a simple chicken sandwich order into a simply horrible experience.
