The dispatcher acted like a fool he kept hanging up our calls after we've been calling for 3 hours the first time he said we were never outside the second time he said the driver is 2 minutes away the third time he said the driver got in an accident and I kept on calling asking for someone else to come and he would hung up on us this happened on May 26th 2023 my grandmother and I were traveling he just used vulgar language and is very rude then on a separate occasion the driver came and pick us up he was high on weed we seen him smoking and when he got in the vehicle he sprayed cologne on himself all the way while traveling with him we were afraid we were going to crash because he was driving reckless please I know it's legal to smoke marijuana but it's also illegal to be under the influence and have people lives in your handsInitial Complaint

In the past year I have had several issues with Premier. 1) I make a booking for April 30th. I called to check on this the week of and they told me there was not a driver for the booking. They found someone but that person was over an hour late for pickup. 2.) I emailed on 09/15/2022 to book for October 14th. I did not hear back. When I called on October 4th to follow up. I talked to the booking person who said they were booked solid. She stated that "she spoke to someone about it"--I was not contact about this. 3) The drivers are regularly late for pickups. 4) My colleague booked buses for orientation week in August and even came in person to book. She did not hear from them in the week leading up to the event and was told the day of the event that there were no drivers booked for her. Our office relies on transportation to shuttle students and need to be advised in a timely manner whether you are booked or whether there is no available driver. We should not have to contact you multiple times to confim that you are still coming.Business response

In interviewing our staff, it appears that ****** has asked us to perform on certain dates where we do not have availability. And we have told them when that is the case. Our records show that we have not failed to perform confirmed reservations on a timely basis. We have sometimes scrambled to find a last-minute driver or vehicle, for on-demand requests, and sometimes that driver has been later than requested. But those cases have not been for confirmed, scheduled trips.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: the request the our office made for October of 2022 was not confirmed or told to be unavailable. We made the request on 09/14/2022 for October 14th and did not receive a response.We have made requests in a timely manner and have not asked for an "on-demand" request. In May of 2022, the driver was over 1 hour late. In August driver was late. We reject the request, but we have decided to take our business elsewhere.
