    Mlgw has been charging me two much for electricity. Not only that. I have been receiving two bills. One with one month cycles usage and one week cycle usage. I'm the only one in my apartment complex with a high bill and I don't even have anything but one TV, refrigerator stove microwave. No one is at home half of the day. I call numerous times about this. They said they will check but nothing change.

    The smart water meter was leaking at my rental property. My tenant called MLGW but was told it was not MLGW's responsibility and MLGW did not send anyone out to check. So I had to send someone for the repairs. The repair *** told me it was because of the water meter leaking and got it repaired. After that, I called MLGW's claim department and asked for the reimbursement. Initially, I was told the tenant only called for his water bill credit, there was no record showing he called for the water meter leaking. I then emailed MLGW the invoice and the videos of before and after repairs. Today, I called MLGW again and I was told their record showing the tenant never called MLGW. This is so ridiculous. I wish I could give MLGW a zero.

    Resident and business owner exhausted with a repair to a Multi-Family dwelling unit on East Alcy, where for two years we have been seeking assisttance with MLG&W maintaining there light poles and to replace a severly damaged into pole, that is creating hazard due to the number of children on this asset who are trying to play on their damaged equipment. The pole light is out, and the back section of the property has not lights which we pay for. We have sent emails, sat at MLGW for a human and called, and one hates to assume that this due to the demographics of African Americans that live on this property. The safety and the lives of the tenants should be a priority seeing that the billis always paid on time. In fact the billing is skewed due to their refusal ro repair the lighting. We are located at ***************************, We have tried everything in our power and would like to resolve this matter as quickly as possible. Failure to do so places the ******, **** ************ ***** and the residents that live on the property in serious danger, and is  or even worse the most ******* ************** based on zip code. Why are they immune from being held accountable and putting lives at risk, why are they not responsibile for their equipment?

    Everything people say about this company is absolutely true. They disconnected my services when I moved in error. Provided stonewalling customer service. Then I discovered they never turned my gas on after we called to have it fixed. Now they won't come out until tomorrow and are going to charge me a fee to fix their mistake. They abuse their monopolistic power and if it's not criminal what they're doing it should be.

    MLG and robbery is full of it. Its time I move to ***********. It should be a spot to give them 0 stars because they are nothing but a rip off. A class action law suit need to be started and we need more than one utility company in Memphis. They estimate our usage every month because I NEVER see meter readers on my street.

    MLGW... gives the word trifling a whole new meaning. I've had problems with my bill/water meter since 2021. There are 3 open tickets on my account, why can't they just fix the water meter? They cut my lights off to fix something broken on a pole, so the hospital can keep the lights on, Wow. Fix my water meter. I need other options for Lights, gas and water. I am so over this company. This is the worst company in the world.

    Failure to hold a professional morality, failure to be proactive in the burying of electrical in a city filled with privately owned vegetation, failure to be beholdent to common business ethics and/or transparency.

    They are charging 200 dollar fee every time lights are disconnected on top of the fee to reconnect because they are scamming customers out of money.. they are messing with people money bills since the smart meters my Bill used to be 110 now its double that I want to file a real complaint not leave a review

    MLG&W...I just got off the phone with customer service to dispute my Bill when I say that she was already in go mode for a argument,I figured that already but I still acted professional and she kinda come down..smh but I get highly offended when I'm feeling dummy down when you explaining something that doesn't make sense,I payed a normal bill for 260 in July for **** and it's zero balance,I haven't received a bill and mind I was one of the customers who lights have been off for a combined time of 3 and a half week in July and August,why I'm looking at a Bill now stating I owe a Grand total of ****..wow? Please lady make it make sense,basically you telling me that my bill for 2 months is 650 each..? I received 3 Sept bill all in one month the 6 of Sept 360 the 14 of Sept 937 the 29 of Sept **** that's crazy.I done can't text anymore.
