              I purchased this home warranty and it hasn't really been much help. I had a service call for a leak last week. The technician that was sent told me he fixed the problem and left. We realized it was still leaking. I called back and asked for someone else since the first guy didn't fix the problem. They told me if I wanted someone else I had to pay the service charge all over again. Now my hot water heater is leaking. I placed a request. We are at almost 24 hours after and no one is assigned to schedule an appointment. They told me to check back tonight. So now I will have to go another day with this issue still ongoing.

              This is the 4th visit with accord appliance. and they have told me 3/4 times that they reported my washer as not fixable and submitted a replacement request with AHS. AHS said they never received that report. I asked AHS for a copy of the report and they said they could not send it to me and I should get it from Accord Appliance...I called Accord and they said they can not give it to me and I have to get it from AHS. I was on the phone with AHS to get this matter resolved and the female representative was unhelpful and rude. When i asked for her supervisor she insisted she could not transfer me and several request she hung up on my. What a horrible service from AHS. Seems like they just want your annual fees and refuse to fix or replace broken items.
