      Made purchase online 12/16/21 for in store pickup on 12/17/21 I was charged twice in the dollar amount of 242,37 this has caused my bank account to be in the negative of over $500 due to auto drafts and 7 nsf fees $33.00 a piece. Made contact via toll free number as well as submitting concern on website horrible experience.

      Online purchase 12/16/21 amount of $242.37 which was charged twice called Auto Zone file description of problem this double charge caused my automatic payments nsf fees of $33.00 each a total of 7 nsf charges the order number is 8940972942. Notification given to my bank as well 10 days for investigation meanwhile my bank account is in the negative over 500.00. I'm livid this is so wrong.

      On 12/16/21 I attempted to buy brake pads at Autozone store #**** located at ********************, Las Vegas, NV 89103. Cashier **** refused the sale because he lacked the ability to apply my phone# to complete purchase. I had to insist on supervisor to help who said "calm down". On 12/22/21 ********* called, offered a gift card predicated on confirming with same biased supervisor while she stated, "that behavior doesn't sound like ****". Mistreatment, the sequel. Once again, ******************* has my loyalty.

      Order No. XXXXXXXXXX has not been shipped even thou in the purchase said next day delivery. Autozone representative per manager did not offer a sound decision to assist in getting this parts. Terms and conditions of sales read that only after notifying the tracking number and related delivery notes wouldn't charge no amount to my account and they did. Delivery did not happen they said have some issues. Bad business.

      Order breaks online used my trucks vin number to order to make sure I get the right one, u was told I would get my order by 12/10. Got them 12/14 and they are wrong breaks called and talked to supervisor Paul in the corporate office and he said he's not doing anything I can pay to have them returned or go to return them at store. I dont live by a store and its wrong to make some one pay for shipping when they sent you wrong part. Paul was very rude from the second he got on the phone and did not want to help me in any way.

      Order Number: XXXXXXXXXX Online showed "In stock" item for store pickup. Told the next day that the item is out of stock and cannot be ordered. What's the point of using autozone's webpage when you can neither confirm availability or have the ability to be ordered? It's a total waste of time.

      I bought a clutch for a 2011 Kia Soul from auto zone on 01/16/2020 has it installed which cost me 690.00 now not even a year and it's back at the shop getting a new one put it because the shop said the clutch baring was bad that it was auto zone part tht went bad I do not have money due to all Thai going on this year in 2020/2021 I am backing working my job and this is my only transportation now I have lost wages due to this and have to pay again to have it installed

      Order XXXXXXXXXXEngine air filter was damaged. I called customer service for a refund and he seemed confused. I want to ship the product back as I always have terrible experiences in store at autozone with poor customer service and attitude issues. I simply needed a return label and was made a bigger deal than had to be.

      I bought a battery with 3 year warranty from autozone.com and picked it up at a local store about a year ago. I cannot exchange it or get a refund. I have warranty. The store isn't working with me and Autozone.com can't refund me because my old debit card is no longer valid, because that account is closed. I need at least store credit or an exchange. I need my battery replaced. You guys lie about "exchange and warranty". You make it impossible to return an item, especially under warranty. Basically, if I buy from Autozone.com instead of directly from the store, then I'm screwed. The stores tell me I'm screwed and I should never buy online. Stores and online are not connected?       I bought a diagnostic tablet from AutoZone's online store. The order number was XXXXXXXXXX. Returning the tablet entitled me to a refund of $520.19. Based on tracking number 1ZV7T3WXXXXXXXXXXX and the UPS website, the item was received on October 25, 2021. In compliance with the chat associate's instructions, it was returned to the original address. Details on the returned package are provided on the attached label. I am tired of waiting, so please issue the refund right away. Many thanks.
