    In September 2024, my sons 2019 Silverado purchased from Chuck Hutton in 2019 was taken to Chuck Hutton for an oil light on saying oil low after having oil change a month prior. After taking my brother and the person assigned to car got into a heated argument. We asked for them to assign someone else to truck but they would not do it. Well this is where everything started going way downhill. They kept truck three weeks, told us no reading they didnt know what was wrong. Then after three weeks they told us to come get it , drive until light comes back on they would try to get reading. Light came back on after two -three weeks. Took it back they kept about week didnt say what they did( mind you the tension was still their between tech assigned to car , and by this time my son and myself.) They never discussed what they fixed told us $1500.00 or we couldnt get car out of shop. My son drove car off lot 2 miles it ran hot, he turned around and went right back to dealership. They kept it a couple days and said that the wrecker that originally brought truck broke radiator $2200.00 more to fix. If youre reading this you can tell it was just malice and meanest that has me and my son walking right now.

    Traded in 2021 Silverado on 10/12/24 for 2024 Silverado, with a balance of apx. ****** to previous lienholder ( *******************). To this date 11/25/24, previous lienholder has not been paid, which was part of purchase deal. Talked to multiple people at dealership, in person. Heared every excuse from.. it usually takes 10 business days (10/18/24 and 11/18/24 from ****** ***********), in finance department, to it will be addressed in 2-3 days, girl who handles this no longer employed with us. Today is 11/25/24 and still no resolution. On tomorrow I am due for autopay for new truck from new lienholder, so I have potential situation where 2 truck different truck notes are being deducted for only 1 truck !! ????

    I just receive back my 2008 avalanche for repairs to transfer case, today after filling it up the transfer case fail back in safe mode. **************

    I went in on 10/8/23 for a TEST DRIVE ONLY. I got there and *********************** showed me a vehicleI was interested in but at the time I had no intentions om buying at the time but he did a hard pull in my credit as though I was going to get the vehicle. I was highly upset and he made my score went down. I told him my situation up front and just wanted a test drive only. If I knew he was going to do all that, I never would have came to dealership. I won't ever be back or suggest to anyone I know to go to him or the dealership. Gave me a lousy business card as though I'll ever come to him again. I spent 3 hours there for nothing. A complete waste of my time and I had to Uber my way there. He was cold & unconcerned and got on the phone and went about his day.

    I got an oil change on 8/9 then on 8/21 my car engine light kept coming on along with my car stopping and shutting off. The codes were telling me that I needed an oil change immediately and to change my filter. I thought their machine was wrong bc I took my car to chuck hutton. Well look and behold it was no gas in the car. And before you say it. It was enough from oil pan to keep motor running but the reason my car kept cutting off was to stop the motor from locking up. Well fast forward to me finally getting the service department to check it. First the guy knew it was no oil in it. He checked it and when he tried wiping the dip stick the paper towel was clean however they swear it was only a quart low. But if that was true that would still show on dip stick. Then they said the codes had nothing to do with it but if you look the code up P0010 it does. All I know is A week snd a half ago they said my car was great and today I can barely drive it. ******* the service manager was no help snd *** the guy helping I viiid barely understand him except he actually thought I would pay to have them check a engine and transmission they messed up. Ill contact s lawyer first.
