    I have been staying at these apartments a little over five months and I am not satisfied at all when you first apply for an apartment. people in the leasing office seem so nice and caring but once you sign the papers, they flip the script I have had numerous amounts of maintenance problems with my apartment. For example, my air has been out for about two months now mind you that my air has always been going out and has had to befixed multiple times but this time I submitted a request to get my air conditioning fixed and they never came to fix it instead they Told me that they are not servicing air-conditioning right now and that was it. I have called and left voicemails. I also have emailed trying figure out when they will be servicing air conditioning again. It is not fair that I have to live in my apartment and be uncomfortable and these apartments-cant even tell me when they will be able to fix my air conditioning. That is unacceptable because I have not been late on one of my rent payments. I make all my payments on time, but if I decide to say oh, I dont have all the rent this month then that would be another problem. Im not able to say I cant uphold my end of the deal but they are that is very unfair. These apartments are very unprofessional. I would never recommend these apartments to anybody not to mention. There is a homeless problem at these apartments the homeless people thatstay near this area walk around the apartments freely, leaving shopping carts full of their items wherever they please leaving, they are close scattered around the and sometimes even occupying vacant apartments. It is just unsafe.

    I suspect they are trying to incur additional charges by not responding to my requests to renew my lease. They have been dishonest my entire stay. Unfortunately, Im not in the financial position to move or pay additional fees. I could be charged up to $2100, and my rent is $840. When I looked it up its said that the amount they are trying to charge me could be considered excessive. Id like to renew for a few months, but if this is not an option, it is imperative that the fee gets brought down for me, please. For some reason this page wont allow me to add attachments, but if you email me, I can easily send you the messages that help build context to the situation.

    On January 24, 2025 I moved in Greenbrook Apartments . I signed the paperwork and was handed a clipboard to walk around the apartment for any repairs that needed to be done. I was told that it could be done on that same day. However, it was not . So i didnt think much of it because i thought well since they have over 1000 units maybe it will take some time . So , i waited and on January 31st , i put 2 more requests in . Nothing ever was done and i was not contacted about issues for my apartment. On February 21st i went up there and told the lead maintenance manager about my issue and was told that she didnt see the requests and didnt know why it was never done . Also, she printed out the paper for all my requests that i had put in and listed more that i just forgot to put in the maintenance request . However , as of today on March 15, almost the 16th my issues have never been worked on and Im still having to wash and dry my clothes at my parents house who are ***** minutes away from me . I have put in a third request maybe a week or 2 ago and i do not know what else to do about the situation

    I have been living here for almost 2 years and I have mold in my back bedroom in my closet in the floors that only has my ceiling fallen in three times because of a water problem but every time it rains, the carpet in my bedroom gets sopping wet. Ive put in maintenance order after maintenance order after maintenance order and nothing ever seems to get done About a month ago. My bedroom completely flooded 3 inches of water and it stayed that way for at least three weeks before they even had someone come out and try and fix the leak. I fought with them and fought with them and finally they came and pulled up the carpet. Theres mold everywhere. I dont feel its fair that I have to pay rent in a place its unsafe for me and my son and its unhealthy and they are not giving me a solution. Ive never missed rent. Ive never been late. Ive never had a complaint against me. Ive been a perfect tenant and this is completely unfair. Im to the point where I might have to move into a hotel with my son because I fear for his health issues. Ive contacted the health department code enforcement. Ive tried everything and no one is helping me.

    I lived in this apartment complex and I moved out with no issues and even received my deposit back.1st issue- The apartment me owes me money that it overcharged me, my contract was included with a discount of $25 off per month ($300 for the year) for preferential employment with the local University. I have emails showing me asking about it with no response, there was nobody in the front office to talk to in person because of Covid the front office people were working remotely.2nd issue- They increased my rent substantially near the end of my lease, within 30 days of finding out the price increase; I let them know that I would not be returning. They told me I had to give them 60 days advance, I told them I did not since they didnt give me a 60 days notice for the price hike. They want money for the extra 30 days that I wasnt living there. Again, I moved out the date on my contract and cleaned the apartment pristinely, and even got my deposit back.Ive emailed this apartment complex numerous times asking to remove this collection since I had payed all of my rent on time and received my security deposit. I told them they can not hike the price up last minute then tell me I have to give them a 60 days advance notice, and they cant charge me an extra 30 days after I had moved out.These people never were in the office, the gym and pool were never opened, and they were completely unprofessional.

    I have mold growing on my ceiling and water flooding my apartment I feel it's a health hazard it's been going on since April 28th I have been trying to get in touch with corporate office but they never answer I have been staying somewhere else because of the mold I have submitted work orders and the office ladies are very rude and I have talked to ****** and she was discriminating against me I felt profiled I felt like she was being racist towards me

    I have not been able to live in my apartment since May 16th, I am prone to faint spells and it is 90 degrees in my apartment. I feel like I am being blatantly ignored at this point. I get going in order but some kind of actual communication would be nice. Ive been here for 3 years and will not be renewing. Its a shame how they treat tenants.

    The ** has not been fixed for over a month and we have little after they said it wouldnt take long. I have two little babies and also asthma and the apartment is at 90 degrees which is very unacceptable and i refuse to have us stay there without any accommodations .

    My thermostat currently says 99 on 1/23/24. I reached out to maintenance 9:29am. When I saw there was an issue with my thermostat. The heat was blowing extremely hot and it was difficult to breathe in the unit. I contacted maintenance, at 9:29am, who told me that they would have someone out immediately. I attempted to reach back out at 9:49am and there was no response. After several hours of not receiving any updates, I followed back up at 2:56pm. There was no answer and a voicemail was left. At 5:00pm, the unit was still running nonstop and unbearable heat. I attempted to call maintenance again at 5:12pm, and again no response. I went in person to the office, where I was able to explain what was happening. I told them of the contact I had made. As well as the apartment being close or over 90 degrees. At the office, they informed me that the maintenance was gone for the day but she would be contacting the on call maintenance worker to come to my apartment asap. She completed this call in from of me and gave him my address. On call maintenance reported that they were in route to the unit at the time. I was finally able to get the heat to stop around 6:15pm. At around 7:10pm, no one had still come to the apartment. At this time I noticed that my candles were melting and walls were sweating due to the heat in the home. Reached out again, where I was informed that they did not see the earlier request made at the office, and put me in contact with the on call maintenance. He told that essentially he was not coming to assist. After getting off the phone I was able to place the batteries back into the thermostat where it read that it was at least 99 degrees in the home! An HOUR after I had gotten the unit off MYSELF. I can only imagine how hot this apartment was all day long. This is the THIRD request regarding my heat in the past 3 weeks. The first 2 regarding the until not properly heating the unit, to the point it was 65 degrees when the initial was on 74.

    I moved here in greenbrook in Feb of this year 2023 on 06/05/2023 I put in an online request for ac service (air conditioning) because it was extremely hot in my apartment and as temperatures rises its hotter each given day I have 4 fans that's not doing anything but put off heat as I live in a upstairs unit I have complained several times by online request and going to the office and was given maintenance man phone number that he never answer or respond here lately they are not responding to my request at all I called several times to speak with the young that's over rent payments for some type of compensation against my rent since my air been out I have spent unnecessary money living at other people homes for air and having to cook at their homes because it cause the apartment to get even hotter I pay roughly around **** the rent fluctuate depending on other usage since my ac been out between gas paying someone to live or spend the night at there home cook my food and just to have some air to breath $400 rounding I feel I shouldn't have to pay my full rent for July due to this situation I have never been late and wasn't planning on being late but this has put me in a situation for upcoming rent all I want is my ac fixed and my rent adjusted for July that's all I'm hot I suffer from asthma at times and have high blood pressure which both don't go well with heat Thanks for hearing me out..*******************************
