            *** lived in ****************************** on 110 pine ***** Dr for 11 years. Recently they moved me and my mother into a new unit and when we tried to go to sleep the first night there was bed bugs. They tried to accuse us of being them when weve lived in our other apartment for 11 years! They havent offered to get us a hotel or give us another unit and we already paid rent and due to the bugs me or my mother cant work. Also in our old apartment 2 weeks before we moved our ac broke and when we came to them and told them they said they wouldnt fix it since we were about to move.

After looking into this, we have found that pest control has inspected your current and previous apartments, both of which show signs of bed bugs. To our understanding, unit 146 was treated on 7/5/24, and instructions were left to follow. Pest control will return on 7/12/24 to inspect the unit again. Please allow the pest control vendor to reinspect, and our team will reevaluate the matter.Thanks!
