    THIS IS A BUSINESS TO BUSINESS RATING AND REVIEW. They never pay their vendors on time or in a timely manner, they dont return phone calls or emails. They are very unprofessional to be a so called large corporation that manages several properties in *******,**. They have owed me money for unpaid invoices for cleaning services rendered. The unpaid invoices are backdated for more than 6 months.

    The unit I reside in at ******************************** managed by Multi-South . Has severe water damage throughout the unit. Water brings roaches !!! I have put in multiple work orders about the roaches and nothing has been done about it . When the neighbors upstairs moved out more roaches came and the hallway ceiling began to leak . Took them 3 days to repair it . I eventually hired my own pest control services because the pest were exhausting with two small kids staying here . Roaches are still here . No pest control from the apartment . When I wash dishes in either side of the kitchen sink.. water leaks from the dish washer . Onto the kitchen floor through the living room to the outside of the unit .. the dish washer (which I never use ) is full of dirty funky water that leaves an odor in the kitchen . Work order but in about that as well about 6 months ago . Problem never resolved !!! I have used my towels and other things to clean water up . I have bought foggers etc . The roaches are still here . Its stressful and uncomfortable living here .. I hate it paying 1145 a month to live with roaches and water damages w small damage is depressing especially after a long day of work . Two I woke up to someone towing my vehicle without any notice of violation front the apartment manager. Saying I parked in the grass when only a piece of my tire was in the grass .. I had to beg them not to tow my car !! No warning or notification from the apartment manager . I almost lost my job if I didnt catch the guy towing the car without reasonable cause . I hate it here . I cant live in peace with out roaches or encounter plumbing issues !!! Someone please help me .. Im losing my mind . I work too hard to with roaches and ongoing water damage !!!! Im hiring a lawyer !!!

    *** lived in ****************************** on 110 pine ***** Dr for 11 years. Recently they moved me and my mother into a new unit and when we tried to go to sleep the first night there was bed bugs. They tried to accuse us of being them when weve lived in our other apartment for 11 years! They havent offered to get us a hotel or give us another unit and we already paid rent and due to the bugs me or my mother cant work. Also in our old apartment 2 weeks before we moved our ac broke and when we came to them and told them they said they wouldnt fix it since we were about to move.

    Hi there,Thank you for reaching out to us! After looking into this, we have found that pest control has inspected your current and previous apartments, both of which show signs of bed bugs. To our understanding, unit 146 was treated on 7/5/24, and instructions were left to follow. Pest control will return on 7/12/24 to inspect the unit again. Please allow the pest control vendor to reinspect, and our team will reevaluate the matter.Thanks!

    Ive lived in ********************** Apartments about 3yrs maintenance never fixes anything leasing office doesnt get back to you. Ive went without heat in the winter due to maintenance never fixing it and no hot running water because they wont fix the water heater. They dont have qualified technician come out maintenance guy is watching ******* videos on how to fix problems. Front gate is broken my car has been broken into multiple times and apartment does nothing.

    This place is absolutely horrid!! I moved into this complex May 16th. My car was stolen May 30th. Shortly after that the elevator and air went out. We went without air for weeks. We also went without heat for weeks. They closed down the portal so I had no way to pay rent and when I went to talk to someone I was turned away. I lived weeks with human f**** and urine on my bathroom and on the basement floor. My apartment flooded twice!! My garage disposal exploded and flooded! I have pictures, videos and dates to prove everything. I was evicted Dec 8 for none payment when I was never given a payment agreement and could never make arrangements due to negligence on the property management behalf. I tried reaching out to corporate but they never called back. I was literally railroaded!!!! My credit has been compromised and I am homeless!!! Something needs to be done asap!!!!

    I have lived on *********** properties from 2018-2023. My experience was great! Any issues that I had got handled in a timely manner. The properties are well-kept and management staff was amazing.

    We moved to ************************ Apartments in July. We have requested multiple times for a signed copy of our lease agreement to no avail. I was told on 11/6/2023 that the office did not have a signed copy of our lease. I find this disturbing as we have been paying rent on time since July for the office to have misplaced a signed legal document. The office then tried to get me to sign a backdated copy of my lease, which I declined because this does not only seem illegal, but unethical. We were never given a move in inspection form to fill out and have had many problems in our unit, including mold in our bathroom that has been documented numerous times. I have also sent multiple complaints for safety concerns including gun shots, loitering, etc only for the gates to be broken everyday. Not being able to give us a signed copy of our legal lease agreement was it for us. We want out due to fear of our safety, health concerns in the unit, and the untechnical practice that we have experienced from the office staff. ***** has been no help what so ever with these issues. Instead I have gotten sarcastic remarks and the run around from her. I have tried reaching out to the regional manager, *****, to no avail. I am hoping that someone will reach out to me pertaining to this because at this point, my family and I just want to leave. This has been the most unpleasant experience.

    Theyre holding my security deposit past 30 days. They will not answer emails or phone calls. I was never given a walkthrough or a breakdown or anything. They are scam artists.
