1 starJust moved into house February 26, 2025. Been having plumbing issues where water is at stand still in both kitchen sinks. I submitted many maintenance requests and they didnt start fixing on it until March 31, 2025 once I got code enforcement involved. Maintenance kept giving me the run around saying they waiting on landlord to approve for them to fix it. Its an issue with the drainage pipe. We have been able to utilize our kitchen. We havent been about to wash our clothes do to no fault of ours. The workers said this is not a livable situation and we dont need to be in the house but the company refuse to move us or give our deposit back or the rent for march and April. I asked for accommodations because my has asthma and allergies. Its dust everywhere in my home and they told us yea maintenance been giving you the run around and will not put us in another unit, air b and b until the work is complete, or just give us our money back. They said we have to pay for it up top and they will take something off the rent once the work is done. Now its water coming in from the window and ceiling. I will not rent from them every again. Its been problem after problem since moving in here. My kitchen is completely inoperable and we have been eating out in which I just went to grocery store. 1 starThe maintenance department are ********! They are charging us for a garage door the clearly had wear and tear issues. When we closed the garage door the whole thing fell down with both cars inside. They came out to fix it but later we received a charge for fixing it. The charge was disputed but we were told that the maintenance worker said that we let the door down on something which cause it to fall. Therefore we have to pay. We talked to the office and we were sent to the maintenance department, maintenance sent us back to the office. Even the office said that it doesn't sound like we should pay for this. They are scamming people out their money knowing that they should take care of the tenants. Plus we still have a big hole in our ceiling from a year ago and they haven't fixed. I thought this company was here for the community but it seems like they just want the money with no accountability. I hope this gets resolved soon because we will not stop here. I really didn't want to leave a star regarding this matter.Review fromDominque B

This company doesnt deserve any stars. I am a new tenant, havent been in my home a month yet and has had the worse experience. I moved in my home on February 21st. I was instructed to take pictures and report anything that wasnt working properly. I did just that. The first day I was there I reported issues with the garage ************** on the home. ( the lease states there are to be no wired cameras installed). As the weekend progressed and I am moving in the toilet clogged! Nothing worked to ****** it not even water would drain. I filed a maintenance request and they came out. The VERY NEXT TIME IT CLOGGED AGAIN FROM THROW UP! Again I submitted a request and they came out. This time they told me that wipes were pulled out of the toilet and they had pictures. I requested the pictures (NO PICTURES PRESENTED) because there is a charge on my account and guess what the issue was still NOT FIXED. (We have not used this bathroom, we use the master bathroom) Now they have charge for wipes. After that visit of course it clogged again! Now I check my portal and it says a toothbrush was in the toilet and added another charged. I moved in this house less than a month ago. I have not been able to use this bathroom since I got there. I DO NOT mind paying for something we caused but we did not. I have tried to contact a manager numerous times and gotten no response. I have even submitted a dispute for the previous charge, still no contact from management. Charging me for existing issues is insane. If they would have properly assessed the home before I moved in then this would have been avoided. Even if they had did the right work the first time this wouldnt have kept happening. Instead they wrote on my items I bathroom and replaced an object in the toilet . POOR MAINTENANCE, POOR COMMUNICATION, RUDE OFFICE AND POOR MANAGEMENT!!!!! OH AND THE CAMERAS ARE STILL ON THE HOME NO ONE HAS COME TO REMOVE THEM YET!!! ITS WEEK 3!Reedy & Company Realtors, LLC

The WORST leasing company! No one answers the phone or returns your messages. They constantly try to charge late fees when you have proof of on-time payments! You make a maintenance request based off the service list only to be told they don't service that situation. If it weren't for me being personally close to the landlord NOTHING would get resolved or fixed! DO NOT RENT/LEASE FROM THESE SLUMLORDS!!Reedy & Company Realtors, LLC

The worst place I ever rented from stayed in a house for 10 years they never come to fix nothing never but always wanted the 1440 months rent..I had to throw away my furniture because water leaking mildew and it stayed like that for years I am done movingReedy & Company Realtors, LLC

This company has been holding my rental income of over $10,000 for one year and has not released the funds. They state the reason being is my rental house has no property insurance but have not provided me with any documentation that insurance is required. The State of ** does NOT require owners to have property insurance. They have been paying themselves to manage the house but will not give me my money. This company *****. They dont follow protocol and rules they enter your apt when they want to without notification. So many issues with them. The most recent was when they came to paint my tub after a year of putting it off. They told me that I couldnt use my tub for 3days after it was painted. They came one day out the blue without giving me adequate time to prepare or make arrangements to be out of my apartment for 3days while the tub dry. They failed to tell me about the strong odor it would leave behind. When I brought it to their attention they told me it was nothing they could do. I suggested them put us in a hotel room for 1-2 nights they said no. I should just open a window. I explained I have 3 young kids living with me and the toxic fumes from the chemicals in the paint could make us sick due to our breathing issues. They still refused to provide any solutions. So we had to stay in the apartment with the smell and fumes until it went away. It took 3-4 day for the smell to completely disappear. I called reedy and company main office to explain my situation. They were no help either I explained the issue was so disturbing I was considering getting an attorney to represent me. In return the *** told me since I mentioned lawyer he could not talk to me anymore and gave me the name of their company attorney and hung up on me. This was the last straw for me. After consulting with Graceland Pointe and the multi-family department, we confirmed that you submitted a work order requesting your tub to be painted. Typically, we reserve tub painting for vacant apartments due to the extended drying time required. However, we proceeded with your request as submitted after you notified us multiple times of wanting the tub.Please note that completing the painting as requested required a three-day drying period during which the tub was not usable.
