      This is a terrible company, I ordered a Jacket on 8/19/24 and the anticipated ship date was 9/20/24. It is now 11/21/24 and I still don't have my granddaughters cheer coat. The customer service is terrible and gives lots of excuses as to why it was late. This is not a US company ( as I was led to believe) even though they are located in *********, there products come from over seas and my granddaughters cheer jacket is now stuck in customs until whenever they decide to release it. They will not refund my money nor offer an apology. Had to give one star to rate this but they don't even deserve that.

      Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a cheer skirt 4 weeks ago and it was never shipped. **************** was absolutely zero help. I spent 40min on the phone to even have the order cancelled.

      Uniform was professionally sized by their own people and it still arrived too small for my athlete. Season starts tonight and theres no way to even contact them for a replacement. League-wide, uniforms have arrived at the last minute and are too small for the majority of athletes.

      Varsity Spirit Fashion has horrible customer service. I returned a pair of shorts and expressed an interest to exchange. I completed their exchange form and sent off as directed. One month later, I still have not received the new shorts. I attempted to reach out last week but was only able to do so through their website as I could not find a phone number listed. No response. I sent a second inquiry to which they responded to two business days later and provided a phone number for me to call. I was told the warehouse made a mistake and marked my order as credit and had I called WEEKS ago they could have corrected THEIR mistake. I'm sorry but how was I supposed to know that they would make a mistake? Had I not contacted them today, not only would I still be waiting on my daughter's shorts but they would have kept my money. The representative was horribly rude and would speak over me. I will never shop here again.

      This is unbelievably the worst company. They pay their employees minimum wage and are treated horribly wrong! I would be very careful about giving this company my address or even more important my childrens address. They is something terribly wrong. I honestly think the owners are shady! They need to be in jail!

      I ordered a sweatshirt from an event in *******. Never received it and got an email saying I received a refund. When I called to ask why they said the Event staff ordered me a LOGO sweatshirt not an EVENT sweatshirt. I asked to have the event sweatshirt sent and they wanted to charge me shipping!! The RUDE customer service rep named ******* was ***************, I asked to speak to a manager she refused and kept telling me I could only talk to her. I have emailed the company before the refund email and after still NO response. After making multiple calls with no one willing to help me, I emailed **************** still NO response!! Everyone I have spoken to forwards me to someone else, no one will talk to me. I must say I am very disappointed; I purchase an event item at every event, and they are not cheap! The customer service has just been a nightmare. The company that claims to promote cheer and good mental health should be ashamed!

      Varsity Spirit Cheer Camps are NOT suitable for CHILDREN OF COLOR. My daughter recently attended cheer camp at ****, 2023. While there, a Varsity employee called Mrs. * publically humiliated my daughter in front of her peer group and passers by. Mrs. * refused to return property belonging to my daughter unless she made a public spectacle of herself. When my daughter refused this unnecessary demand, Mrs. * again refused to return her property. My daughter, being a child, and stressed by the situation, agreed to this public humiliation, disrespect, cruelty and abuse of power just to get her property back. My daughter was made to feel ashamed, humiliated and embarassed by this Varsity Spirit employee. I filed a complaint with the event administrator and Director of *afety and Compliance and recieved a generic email back without even an apology to my daughter. The email was addressed to me by my first name (as if I was a friend of theirs). I am NOT a FRIEND or a FAN of Varsity Spirit, and I believe that a culture of money before care exists within the company. I guess "respect" is also at the bottom of their list too, since they can't even properly address a consumer. I cannot believe Varsity would allow an employee that does things like this to work around children. And yes, just in case you are wondering, my daughter is an African American and the Varsity employee is White. *o sad that racism and abuse is dealt out to the most innocent in our society. As I read through Varsity Spirits mission statement and core values I realized that those are just words AND NOT ACTION*!

      Varsity Spirits cheer uniforms are a joke. First and foremost they are way too expensive. Second, each year, they are made with cheaper and cheaper material, leading to snags and tears. Third, the website you order the uniforms from is inconsistent and unorganized. Each uniform has some kind of glitch to it, so you can never see an accurate representation of what you are ordering. It seemed like for a few months everything was running smoothly, but now the website is so slow and there are too many issues. When I bring up the issues to my reps attention, they say that they are always waiting to get a response on how it will get fixed. Who is in charge of the website? I am paying too much to have an inaccurate representation of my uniform. Especially when we keep having issues with getting our uniforms in a timely manner. My daughter was so excited to see what her cheer uniform looked like now she cant even get it on time or see a visual representation of it? This is unbelievable and unacceptable for such a large, global company. I hope more people discontinue their services from you like I have read i previous reviews. They need to hire more organized staff that can run a company so it does not hurt my child and her team.

      Last year the team had issues with you guys getting their uniforms in a timely manner. It was promised they would be here by the start of the season. Saturday is our 3rd game and we still do not have the uniforms nor do we have an estimated time of delivery for our uniforms. I understand theres a shortage but this is unacceptable for our children. Cheerleading is a very expensive sport and it cost a lot of time and money for the coaches and parents. I use my hard earned money to pay for my daughter to *****. If I wanted her to do cheer without a uniform I wouldve signed her up through a city rec program. Not paid $550 for registration and uniform and jacket. This is unacceptable and we parents and coaches demand a better response from you. We should not be responsible for the full cost at this point and I hope that we discontinue your services in the future. I would like a response at your earliest convenience on how you plan on rectifying this situation. Not only is it hurting our wallets but its also hurting our children who are very excited to wear their cheerleading uniforms and support the team.
