            I received services on 11/22/22. They billed my insurance and later billed me for a balance of $189.18. I paid that amount via **** on 1/25/23. I continued to receive bills February, March, and April and telephoned them each month only to be told to be patient that they were switching systems and it would eventually post. In April I began receiving calls from a debt collector and have continued to go through the same explanation with no resolution. I physically went to the facility with **** in hand 2 weeks ago and was told that they couldnt help me but to email their area manager. I did so that day and attached the copy of my charged **** and to no surprise never received a response. I just received yet another call from debt collections. Please help or advise.

            This is ridiculous. These people had my mom waiting 3 hours to be seen. My number one complaint is that on my moms last visit the doctor said he would have her medication prescribed that she really needed for her sinuses & that wouldnt have to pay another copay next time. And she did have to pay another one on this visit and practically had to beg to get her prescription. Her health was put at risk and I do not appreciate it. Go to another doctor ********************** because this one is extremely unprofessional!
