On 03/04/2022 I bought a 2011 Nissan Sentra with only approximately 116,000 miles on it. It seemed to be in good condition and drove find on the interstate. On 03/10/2022 I picked it up from the dealership to find more problems on it than when I had purchased it. The lights inside no longer worked. The hood did not shut properly. The tires were losing air. The heater no longer worked and made a loud, grinding sound. Most alarmingly, after the drive home, the car would no longer turn on. We charged the battery several times only for the car to die once more. We had a mechanic check it out under the hood. The alternator and battery were both tested and fine. It turns out that the wiring is messed up, causing the car to send power to places that would not effectively use it even when the car was not on. This would drain the battery. Now you can't even turn the keys in the car. I contact Summer AutoMart to ask for a refund or an exchange in accordance with TN lemon laws. They told me all sales are final and to contact their lawyer. I attempted to hire my own lawyer, but NetSpend had CLOSED my account and made off with $11,000 of mine. As a result, I can no longer afford a lawyer. I just want to return this lemon. They KNEW it had wiring problems because you physically cannot even start the car without charging the battery first EVERY SINGLE TIME. The "warranty" I bought from them can't even be used because most mechanics don't do business with their company. I need my money back! I it is now 04/15/2022 and I still have not driven this vehicle one time! It's been disputed with my bank since 03/17/2022!
