      Horrible experiences at Beaman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Murfreesboro. Do not go there for anything. I am on not one, not 2, but my THIRD car. The first 2 were awful. I purchased a *** Acadia that had brake issues as well as major roof leak and rust that was later found. The master cylinder was replaced AGAIN. It had a warranty, I was given no temporary transportation. They had the vehicle for 2 WEEKS with no communication what so ever. After reaching out, I finally hear from the sales manager saying it was ready. I got the car back and it seemed to drive fine. Later I noticed that it wasn’t put back together completely. There was a wire dangling above the gas pedal. I still continued to have issues with those and the ridiculous amount of water entering the vehicle. I tried to call several times with no answer to voicemails. I tried reaching the dealer, nothing but telling me to reach out to Jim. No one wanted to offer any help. I’m not in the best health and have several doctors appointments as well as taking care of my mother and a few of my elderly neighbors. I spent all I had and traded a vehicle in to get this Acadia. They ran my credit into the ground when I said up front I would not qualify with the big banks and could not afford a payment over $200. I went up there to speak to someone face to face about it. I was told to allow them to look at it again. We agreed to swap it out for something else. That was a *** Sorento with scratches all over it and a shattered windshield because that’s all they had comparable. I was told when I noticed the windshield and smoke from the radiator that there would be an appointment made to replace it. That car had the engine light come on and is not drivable. Same thing. Never heard back until I inquired about a different car online. They charged me for the Acadia and trading it instead of swapping and this time the same. I’m still not hearing back from anyone except the bank the previous loan is on.

      BEWARE!! Horrible customer service!! Poor quality of service! I’ve had the worst experience with Dodge. I’ve been trying to get the corrosion fixed on my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee for months now. After several attempts of stopping by after work, I was told I’d have to go to Franklin location as they have a body shop, indeed they do, but couldn’t help me.( they don’t want to work on cars not purchased at their lot) I went back to share this info, again was given the run around & was told I had to find a body shop that will fix it. After many place & miles driven Went back with a quote from the ford body shop for $2500 to fix the rusting paint. I then GO Back to the dealer where I was met with an extremely disrespectful response by the guy who moves the cars around the lot!!! I’ve been extremely patient with this. I’m truly upset with the response I’ve received. Miles driving around Murfreesboro to find help. After getting a quote & waiting to hear back since March I’m unfortunately still waiting! Now the new service manager is nice, but a lot lied to my face about the paint rusting off as rock damage! I’m exhausted & just want me cat fixed! Fix customer service & treat the people that keep you in business top priority! I’d NEVER purchase a car from them again!

      BUYER BEWARE!!!! Bought a Chrysler van 4 1/2 months ago. This van has gone into service 4 times since purchase with things wrong with it. At one point they had to out source the van cause they couldn't fix it. I have had nothing put issues with the van. Recently went to have the car diagnosed due to auto start/stop light on. They wanted to charge me $600 for a new battery. We declined and bought the battery ourself. The light is still on, it didn't fix anything. THEY ARE A SCAM!!! They sell cars that aren't throughly looked over and if they are then they aren't telling you of the issues. They are the WORST!!!! My advice is to go somewhere else!!! We have an extended warranty on the van as well. And nothing has been done.

      Beyond frustrating experience! BAD BUSINESS! Strung me along and then sold the car out from under me. Sales associate: Allend. Worked with Allend over the phone to move forward with purchasing a RAM1500. I live in Atlanta and was looking to purchase this truck in Tennessee. Allend was very hard to keep in contact with, I had to follow up with him most times, but worked with me through the financing applications, my friend checking out the vehicle in person, a temporary verbal hold confirmation on the vehicle, and promised several times that the manager was about to reach out to work with me on a remote deposit to secure the vehicle. I was ready to drive up for two different days to purchase the vehicle but the dilemma was that there was a part still being replaced so did not want to make multiple trips up. He lied about the hold and who knows what else. Not sure if he was out of touch with reality, trying to string me along, or running a parallel path and there was bad communication with some other sales manager but the vehicle was sold out from under me after two and a half days of discussion with Allend and his finance person Samantha. This was after leading me to believe that I essentially had the vehicle and was waiting on a deposit process with finance. Frustrating trust (to an extent) a human/process and expect an honest dealing and get lied to after skipping various scheduled activities to try to make this purchase. I don't get upset often but this was absolutely unacceptable and scummy. Probably best I didn't end up following through with their business if that's how they do it.

      BUYER BEWARE We purchased a 2020 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon, from BEAMAN DODGE, CHRYSLER, JEEP, FIAT (Murfreesboro), in July 2022, with about 28,000 miles. Knowing the vehicle was used, we bought the most expensive extended warranty they offered. Last month (October 2023) we started experiencing issues with a weird buzzing sound, then it would skip when accelerating from a stop. Took it to Beaman and dropped it off. They called to say it was the transmission ($6,000) at which time we told them about the extended warranty. We provided them with paperwork from 1 professional oil change, (Mark had done the oil himself a time or 2). We were then Informed that they could not honor the warranty because we could not show paperwork for other oil changes. The vehicle tells you in advance when to change oil. When we pointed out that the Jeep has a maintenance free transmission which has nothing to do with oil, they came back with "no proof of an air filter change”, which also has nothing to do with the transmission. They refused to honor the warranty, bought 14 months earlier, with the then 2 year old vehicle..This a 3rd party company but Beaman sells & makes profit from this warranty. Someone from the service department, as well as a former employee, informed us that this Warranty company was the worst to deal with as far as honoring the warranties. We have also since learned, through a second diagnostic evaluation from a reputable mechanic, that our jeep also has a hole in the radiator & a fluid leak underneath. Apparently the past owner did some off road recreation. We have never taken it off road, just back and forth to work during the week and drives in the country on weekends, in good weather. In the mechanics words "I'm sorry to say, it looks like you got screwed on this vehicle". If Beaman had done a thorough examination of this vehicle, when it was traded in, they would have known about the other issues. If they knew about the other issues, they did not disclose.

I will continue to follow up and assist with helping this customer gather coverage on the transmission issue.

      We were talking about a trade, they guaranteed to match another price offer on my car, they sent me 4 trucks, guaranteed my payment would be what I wanted after they pulled our credit. I said not to run to more than 4 banks, specifying 2 to not run it to. They ran it to 6 including 1 I said don't run to. They are not honest people. The owner called me and said he would get to the bottom of this and call me back in a couple of hours. 24 hours later, I still haven't heard from him. Their word is not good. Don't trust them.

      The service dept is deplorable. No one will return you calls. They won't answer the phones. I had the parts dept ring the service and the person sitting at the desk would not pick up the call. My auto has been there for work previously not done correctly going on 2 wks. No updates. No replies to text. Seems thy are backed up 40 + cars. They need to close the doors and not accept new appts till they get new management. I will not buy anymore cars at this place. My car was not drivable after there repairs. I was given an estimate and it was almost double on the repair and now it's not drivable and parked at this horrible place. This is no way to treat seniors and longtime customers.

      I was all but ready to give up looking for a truck. I had a trade and it was impossible to find dealerships that give fair to you prices. I came across a truck I liked at Beaman in Murfreesboro but I was NOT optimistic. I submitted an inquiry online and was contacted by John V****** (probably butchered last name) and told him about my trade and explained I didn’t want to drive 40 minutes to hear an offer for wholesale (auction pricing). I sent him all the information on my trade along with pictures and got a call maybe an hour later from the GSM Bobby. We talked for a while and he offered a very respectable amount for my truck on the phone (pending them looking and I didn’t lie) and their truck was definitely priced fair. I knew I didn’t lie so I thought, ok, they are gonna get me there and point out small flaws and start cutting. NO, they showed me all the small flaws with THEIR truck, checked mine and seen the same small issues and stuck with the telephone offer. I was in and out in about 2 hours (yes I looked their truck over very well)(I’m a mechanic). I have never been treated better at a dealership in my life. I will hands down, be back there in the future when we upgrade cars. Absolutely amazed at my experience.
