    Ole South customer service goes beyond and above All warranty claims were covers on time as stated on the contract which is good, but even after warranty expired they keep providing and excellent customer service, this time they helped me on having a issue repaired even after warranty was expired Thank you Ole South

    Cole from Ole south is what keeps this place going. We originally had 'Aaron' he was terrible, lied and was just plain right not good! However the saving grace for Ole south is 'Cole.' He returns phone calls, is friendly, gets things done and is a hard worker. He's responsive and takes things serious when you tell him. We bought our home in Spring Hill TN. 2/2022. Aaron did the final walk through and basically told us nothing could be done to fix things we pointed out. His exact words were 'you get what you get.' Thank the heavens for Cole because he's been helping us fix any and every issue we have and is keeping ole south great reputation alive!

    Wonderful builder! I will only buy an Ole South Home.
    Warranty department is top notch! David and Casey at the warranty department are the best.

    OleSouth is truely the best home builder! Once you buy a home from OleSouth, they really do take care of you. Big shoutout to David!!! He is OleSouth's warranty manager and talk about fantastic warranty service. He is highly professional, communicative, and hard working! Thanks for all you do!! Love my OleSouth home!!

    We bought our home from Ole South because we thought they would stand behind their work. Sadly, that is not the case. We discovered some faulty work after the builder warranty expired. We thought Ole South would have at least sent someone out to look at the issue. We contacted a roofer to look at the situation and he noticed the shoddy job on how the roofing tiles had been laid and secured. When strong winds blow... as they do in Middle Tennessee... it blows aside our roofing tiles to allow moisture to enter our home. Ole South politely brushed us off since the contractor warranty is expired. It is disappointing to know that Ole South does not stand behind their product.

    Our workmanship warranty is one year. The roof of this home has been through 4 years of weather to include heavy rain, high winds, extreme temperatures and other weather factors that can cause roofing issues. If the roof were improperly installed, problems would have surfaced way before now, 4 years later. The appropriate call to have made should have been to the insurance carrier on your home. Most insurance policies cover roofing issues caused by weather events.

    You should have called your insurance carrier, who would have handled everything to include contacting the builder if it was faulty workmanship.
