      On December 16, 2022 I inherited four properties. The previous owner had a property management company overseeing them. They are paid 10% of the rental income of $3490. In May 2023 I was deemed legal owner of these properties. On July 13, 2023 I gave the management company a 30 day termination notice due to lack of communication (for better words) The 30 days are up, have been since August 12, 2023, she denys me of moneys due for the month of August on one property, deposits, leases, keys, and tax documents. Refuses to return calls or messages. I finally recieved a message today Thursday August 17, 2023 saying that for a $2000.00 fee she would copy leases and send them to me and hopes I understand because its not personal. *** already sent her the court documents to release what *** asked for.
