    The management keeps raising fees without justification, provides slow and unresponsive service, and blames others for issues they should resolve. These ongoing problems have forced me to take legal action, and I am committed to seeing it through.

    Leisa is rude and unhelpful. She won't respond to basic requests and if you get an actual response and not an out office it is just a brushoff. I mean we pay them over 50% of the HOA budget in management fees and an infant could probably provide a better service. I get that it is a thankless line of work but if you choose it you should still at least try and be competent.

    Timmons Properties took over our community from ************ this year and I have to say they have been amazing! I am so thankful to have a competent professional company to work with now. We are a very large intricate community, and we need a professional company that knows how to take care of our homeowners. Thank you to Lynn and her Timmons team!

    Dear Lord where do we begin?!?! Sam M**** by far is in over his head. He has no idea how to manage property, let alone follow the guidelines his company put out. He has his email set to send an automatic reply, but never replies himself, saying 'Thank you for your email', but no response. This is the person you put in place to handle our property. Poor judgment on you, again. You now have someone making money off of our property. Again, poor judgment on you. It states in the guidelines that you cannot increase the rates more than a certain amount without a board in place, but Sam has done this and yet, no board in place. We have yet to receive any ballots or who we are voting for. I understand that you have multiple properties, but this is unexceptable. Sam needs to be removed. He cannot manage this property appropriately, period. We are also being billed the past dues that are illegal based on the guidelines. Seems to me that you have a rogue property manager, again, your fault.

    Unresponsive representatives... sent me late bills (twice) with a late payment fee... still cannot seem to register my account so I can log in and pay my bills even though we moved in June 2023... I have emailed them several times because when I've called in the past, I have not spoken to a single representative that helped with my issue nor have I received any response via email. I see a few great reviews, but feel those are planted to increase their ratings at this point. I feel that this company is not representing our best interests as homeowners here at Irish Hills, nor are they handling business properly. If you need more evidence, please let me know. If it's possible, I think they should be investigated for collecting late fees because I only receive late bills (meaning, they arrive well past the due date) to be collected. One bill I received via email, and the other in the mail. Both were days later than the due date on them. Still no response even though I've emailed them several times in the past two weeks trying to figure out what I can do.

    **** ********, I am sorry to hear that you have been having issues and are frustrated with our system. I Sincerely apologize as this is not normal for us. We switched systems in June of 2023, to improve customer communication, streamline our processes, and have better accountability. Unfortunately, I believe that during the conversion, there has been some issues with the set up and or operator error on our part. I do sincerely apologize, when I reviewed your account just now, I show that I had responded to your January 7th customer care requests on January the 9th, just after midnight. I do sincerely apologize for your not receiving the correspondence, I will be following up with our software support to understand what happened and what we need to do to prevent future issues. I do want to make sure that you are aware that no late fees were charged to your account, that the statements that I sent out on January 7th were just statements, to remind homeowners, but no late fees were applied. I will send you a copy of our history just so you will see and I will send a detailed statements. I do see that Kelsey responded to your request and provided your log in information.     I’ve never left a bad review on anything until now. I honestly can’t believe I’m taking the time out of my day to do it, but here I am. Timmons Properties recently took over the townhome complex HOA I have a rental in. During the transition from the last HOA company to Timmons, there was a 7 week span where the property was neglected. The grass was over knee height, there was trash everywhere, the flower beds were tremendously overgrown with weeds, etc. I was in the process of trying to rent the property out at the time which was frustrating that it wasn’t being maintained. I had called and complained until they finally had a landscaping company start coming out. When it came time to pay Timmons for my monthly HOA bill, I requested that at least the 1st month be waived due to their lack of responsibility. I’m not going to pay something for nothing in return. They put me in contact with their manager, and he says he would get back to me and have it all resolved. He never does, so I don’t pay thinking he will contact me. Months go by, and there is no communication. No call, email, letter, or text to either me or my wife. I finally get ahold of them stating I want to get this all resolved and pay everything except the first month. I was told I’ve been sent to collections. I’ve never dealt with that in my life and have over an 800 credit score. I pay my bills. Timmons Properties lack of communication is just a part of their issues. They’re mismanaged, and do a terrible job. When all of this happened to me, I looked them up online. I found their stars and reviews speak volumes to this company.

    Incompetent, argumentative, poor record keeping, stopped paying my HOA termite service for no apparent reason.

    Timmons Properties does not make any decisions. It is not up to us as the management company if an HOA continues to pay for pest control services for termites. Timmons works at the direction of the Board of Directors. Timmons makes no decisions, the board makes all decisions. Regardless, the community does currently have a termite treatment in place.

    While the association manager was at the community last week, meeting with the board president and contractor's concerning ongoing projects that are in process, the homeowner came outside and began cursing at the manager, and calling her names, in front of the Board of Director's. The board of director's told the homeowner to cease her behavior and go home. One of the homeowners walked her back to her house and helped her get inside.

    This is not true. I did not call the her names, although she was very rude and basically called me a liar. This is consistent behavior from them as I have lived here for almost 30 years. No one told me to stop so that is not true. I told her that I would not argue with her further and went inside. Again, the Board Director did NOT tell me that. I help people understand reality and their behavior professionally daily. Some people find this intimidating and don't like to hear the truth. I have it documented what has been done or not done here. So sad that we pay for services that are awful.

    That is not correct. What I am wondering is why a review referring to business practices allows personal attacks on a customer paying for services that are false, derogatory, and insulting. Again, 25- years is documentation of customers being targeted. I can provide you a referral for mental health services. I do understand inappropriate behavior but what I am paying your business for has been the issue for many years. Potential homeowners have the right to know.

    Ma'am, we do not make the rules, we only enforce the governing documents. We partner with and work at the direction of the board. We are a third party advisor to the board to assist with the community needs and be a liaison with homeowners.

    Please email me or provide me proof of your accusations against Lori. My email is **********************. Anyone can file comaints against us, and we have the right to respond. If you have formal documentation, to prove your complaints that Lori has acted inappropriate please provide them. If you have proof the termite treatment was cancelled due to Timmons actions. Please provide. If you have witnesses to your interaction with Lori and the board the other day, please provide. I promise you if we made a mistake appropriate actions will be taken to admit to the mistake, correct it and prevent any future issues.

    I choose not to argue with you on a website I thought was for reviews about a business. I did not think this was for a business to make false and derogatory accusations against an individual paying a company to provide services. I have lots of documentation from the past 30 years.
