    I made a purchase of $33on 02/18/22 for a couple of items of construction equipment in McMinnville TN on the website tennessee.*********. I picked up the items on 02/21/22. One of the listings was for 2 ********* saws (see included pictures). I only recieved 1 of the saws plus 2 chargers that were not mentioned in the listing. I asked the man about this and he couldn't find the other saw. I asked him who I needed to talk to and he said there was nobody to speak with since the auction was over. I emailed *** ******* realty asking for a 50% refund on that item since I bid on 2 but only received 1. I got a response stating that I had talked to the owner in person and I could get the refund if I returned the 2 chargers. I said that would be fine as I didn't want them in the first place and I asked if I had the correct address. I never received another response. I contacted the website that hosted the auction and they said they don't interfere with disputes but would contact *** ******* Realty on my behalf. I haven't heard back from either currently. I did contact my credit card company today and they should be processing the $17 refund. I feel they made a mistake and should make it right. I didn't receive all of the items I paid for.

    Business Response /* (1000, 13, 2022/05/17) */ In response to Mr. ******** complaint: Mr. ******** was sent an email that stated: we would be glad to refund the money on 1 ***** hacksaw, if you would bring back the 2 battery chargers that was not part of your purchases. He let you have them since they could not find a saw. Let me know if you are going to return the 2 battery chargers. Mr. ******** response by email: "That's fine by me." This answer does not clarify if he is going to return the 2 battery chargers or keep them, since 1 of the ***** Saws could not be found. We still have the original email from ******** & our response if you would like a copy. The next we heard from: was ************ which handles the credit card charge for *****. They said there was a dispute with ********. We gave them our response, that he was compensated with 2 battery chargers and that crediting his credit card would be double compensation. We had already given him a choice in our email. ************ said he requested the refund again which would cost another $35.00 with the credit card company if disputed. At this point we requested ************ to refund the money on 1 ***** saw. They said it would automatically be refunded in a few weeks since we did not object a 2nd time. In conclusion, Mr. ******** now has his credit for 1 ***** Saw plus the 2 battery charges (not 1 but 2 Chargers) that was given to him since we could not find the 2nd ***** Saw. This is over compensation.
