On 7/22/24 I dropped off my 2019 ******** ************ 300 to have new tires placed on right front passenger side and right back passenger side. When I dropped my vehicle off to the location, my car was driving smoothly and making NO sounds. When I was called to pick up my vehicle at 7pm on 7/22/24 I paid ****** for the service. As I drove my car out of parking lot my vehicle began making a sound as if plastic was flapping or as if something near the right front tire was loose. I immediately turned around and went back to the location where I was rudely once again greeted by the store manager **** he initially said to me aggrevated whats the problem? I then proceeded to say the problem is, I dropped my car off to get new tires and I leave with my car making a noise as if something is flapping or is loose. When I dropped my vehicle off to you guys, it wasnt making any noises. The manager **** then proceeds to say mimic what I said to him and says I dont know what youre talking about. Your technician is not here anymore. I proceeded to ask the name of my technician that fixed my car and instead of providing me the name of the technician who fix my car, he once again says he is not here anymore then again asked for the technicians name and he aggressively tells me the technicians name is **** and he has left for the night. Instead of assisting me with my vehicle right then and there as he is the store manager, especially after paying for a service and having a vehicle that sounds unsafe. He did not help me in anyway and stated I should return tomorrow. Not knowing if the error his technician made could potentially lead to a safety hazard on my trip back home.

Nature: Due to a defective brake booster obtained by Firestone and installed on May 19, 2024, I have incurred significant out-of-pocket expenses. Furthermore, I am a 100% disabled veteran with a related surgery which had to be rescheduled because of repeated vehicle failures from the faulty part. I opened a case with Bridgestone (file *******) in May *************************************************************************************** July 2024. I spoke with a customer care supervisor requesting to speak with headquarters but was denied. The company has shirked most of its financial responsibility to me and have refused to provide a reason for closing the file.Amount Paid: I paid Bridgestone $572.99 for brake booster. After towing my vehicle for the second time in two weeks, Firestone informed me not to bring the vehicle back if it failed again, and the problem was a "rare condition." Under this advice, on May 30, when the vehicle failed for a third time it was towed to Buick for manufacturer's assistance. I paid Buick $1,425.25 to replace the defective brake booster. Company Involvement: The Buick shop ******* contacted Firestone to advise of the defective part and seek reimbursement, without success. The company has reimbursed some fees from May 21 - May 26. However, I incurred additional out-of-pocket fees totaling $3,943.01 since the third mechanical failure due to the faulty part. I have been without my vehicle since May 30 and had to reschedule an important surgery 2 months from the original date. Vehicle in ****, I'm in ******* for preop.Unreimbursed out-of-pocket costs due to Firestone's error:Rental $2,302.44 Hotel $1,129.35 Flight Home $511.22 Surgery rescheduled from 6/14 to 8/9 Commitment: Bridgestone sent me to another service shop when it was unable to fix 2 mechanical failures that started after they replaced the brake booster. It was liable to fix the errors it had created and to adequately reimburse me 11 attachments included

On 4/22/24 I brought my car to Firestone because my check engine light was on.They saidthe check engine light mustve just glitched because everything was fine and the car was fine to drive. On 5/23/24 I went back, the engine light was back on &I had white foul smelling smoke coming out of muffler. They misdiagnosed my car&told me gasoline was dumping into the cylinder NOT coolant. They told me all my other cylinders AND my gaskets looked fine and I needed a coil and spark plugs. A $1200 fix.I paid it.They assured me this would fix the issue and my car was safe to drive. Then on 5/31/24 I brought my car BACK to Firestone because it was smoking again. They said when they turned the car on that it wasnt smoking and they checked everything and the car was fine and safe to drive. My car wasnt safe to drive. My problem could have been solved on 4/22/24 and it was not. It definitely was not a computer glitch. The continued driving for the next 40 days made my cars condition worse.I continued to drive my car bc Firestone said it was fine to operate the vehicle. It was not. Leading to an even larger problem, an even more expensive problem. I took my car to Jeep and they diagnosed it with coolant dumping into the cylinder, not gasoline, and that caused a gasket to blow because of the continued driving of the car. That the engine would get too hot because no coolant and it caused extensive engine damage leading to $6600 fix. Firestone store gave me back the $1200 I paid because I did not need any of the things they fixed.I filed a complaint to have them pay my $6600 bill because the extensive damage was caused by them telling me nothing was wrong and my car was safe to drive.I filed a complaint. The person in charge of my complaint did not say a 3rd party needed to look at the car before it was fixed, even after me asking multiple times what needed to be done. They denied my claim because of this.I have called to speak to a supervisor several times and no one will call me back.

7/22. I went in to pay with my only credit card that is part of my apple wallet. They wouldnt not accept my form of payments as I dont have the physical card.I was forced to get the Firestone CC as I needed in my car to travel to see my nephew for his birthday. You all could not provide any other information as how to pay. I now dont get the $200 bonus from chase. Its 2024 and you all need more methods of payments. All in all you all cost me an extra $500. This is ridiculous. If this is not resolved I will leave a very bad review.

*******************( I used my Firestone card )I called Complete Firestone Auto in ********** we get our truck service there I thought this place was a great place until I bought my Tires on my 2003 **** F 150 when we called ************* is about 5 hrs to drive to buy tires we spoke with the manger there ********************* # store #***** on phone we asked him if theirs any tires for our truck we told him the sizes at the time he told us he didn't have any of our size in stock in that store but what he could do is to order for us. So he did we got on After two months later we had our tire puncture on the front driver side where they could not fix it so I called him back to see if we had a warranty but he said we don't have warranty Becuz he order from outside store he never told us about warranty we have been buying tires from here. We never have problems but now we do because we cannot have a warranty on this tire. And Austim Helm told us we don't have warranty on the tires Becuz the tires they do not carry that brand and sizes in the store it's the 3 rd party sell so Warranty he told us that we have to buy a new tires if any tire it should be warranty because we paid so much money for this tires. Why do we have to buy another tires? I wish we were told that at the time that when we bought the tires we don't have warranty, I wouldn't have paid so much money for my tires now I know I'm a lady not much know about tires but I always trust Firestone to do service and buy tires all the time. I called the location and spoke to *** over the phone. I booked an appointment for 7/10/24 at 2pm. I show up early to location and front sales person ******** attended me and mentioned my appointment was on the list but did not know if they can service my car do to under staff. I then asked why has nobody contacted me if this was what was going? Immediately ******** became defense and had an attitude saying it was not her and it was *** made appointment. therefore it was her problem. I replied clearly there's no communication amongst you all since you all are just blaming each other. Then she said well what do you want me to do? Say it in Spanish? She then went to go get her manager ***, and same came out to try to help me shows me a list of appointments and says your name is not on here what do you want me to do. I mentioned how is my name not on there when ******** just said it was. *** said you have an appointment at another location which I said I cancelled that one beacuse you confirmed this morning at 10:24am when I called you. Then she we was like oh yeah I called you to tell you we could not service you. I have no missed calls and showed her. Then she was like well I don't know all I can do is reschedule you. Between the attitude and disrespect of both employees I refuse to return even if they could help me not to that location. I ended being able to go to another location after I called their customer service, but I had to go our my way to drive to a whole different location and find my own solution since the store and so called manager *** could not help me.

I had my car towed to a Firestone ********* in ***************** where they left the car unlocked. The car was in the care, control and custody. I repeatedly asked them to make sure that the car was secured and locked up an and safe while it was there to be worked on. I feel that they were negligent as not only did they leave my car unlocked and unsecured outside, they also failed to turn their alarm on. I received a call from the manager saying that they had been broken into and that my car was broken into as well. He did not even apologize to me for what happend to my car. I have studied criminal justice and found it odd that he admitted that they left the facility unlocked and that they person what in the facility for over 2 hours before he broke into my car. The whole story was a bit odd to me. My car was damaged beyond repair. I am very upset by what happend with this and feel that Firestone was negligent with this. One of the first things he told me was that I could pay for the repairs there. This was odd given that I was told that the car was beyond repair and that they did not even make the parts anymore. The whole situation was odd to me as a detective academy graduate. I am seeking damages from Firestone. I had an attorney write a letter that was returned. I am asking that the BBB forward this letter to Firestone. I plan to file a lawsuit and ask for attorney fees should this not be resolved. Thank you.

I came in to have my car checked due to my a/c not blowing cold air. They did all the necessary checks and informed me that there was no leak. After paying a lengthy amount for the service and two days of coming into Firestone my a/c was working properly, for awhile. A week later a coolant light came on in my car that has never come on. After going into Firestone for yet another service they said it was fine and should replace my windshield wipers. After attempting to replace them they said they dont have the right parts so Ill need to go somewhere else. My a/c is now having the same issue and now they are saying something totally different. I feel as if they are just saying anything and ruining my car because Im a woman and they dont think I know better. I wait each time AT least 3 hours for no long term results. Not to mention the technician was at least an hour late to work today. This is a terrible way to conduct business. I feel as Im viewed as a money pit here. Another customer came in and complained about her gas being used up in her vehicle so maybe they just wrong women all the time here.
