Back in 2022 took for a noise from drive side- while working they broke the tie rod- had to pay additional to fix that. but problem still pending. ask me to drive for few months and took back- no this time the store who did 1st work finds no issue, Took car to 2nd place and they said my 2nd tie rod has issue (infact that was never the issue, but as now car steering got harder- had to pay to fix that) while having that fix- they lost part of my car and did not have any accountability- but when came on mechanic who worked on car- said truth that the manager had misplaced it. had a ticket with corporation. Manager calls and reports due to covid they do not have part, but will fix once available. Again in Jan 2024 went back- manager was changed, but had ticket number- called corporate , now this time (first time) district manager contact me- assuring me to help me. The store manager calls me to check what part is missing so can order. 2nd call few weeks later- forgot to order clips. 3rd time- calls me again to order right clips as the previous guy made mistake. So 3rd time i took car also ask them if can get done car inspection. he makes me wait 4 hours and upon asking about how long to take- staff frames me saying i was rude to ask, he gets my car down from lift jack in the air( which i dont think is needed for state inspection neither to view clips needed to fix mudguard for front tires) store manager gets rough and asks me to come talk outside store- when refused and requested to talk inside the wait room only- he gets abusive to me, and asks his staff not to answer me and saying i was TRESPASSING his property and he will call cops on me. most ABUSIVE behavior of manager noted. he gave my car damaging - paint Orange on rear drive side passanger,AC non working. and what more will be seen in coming days as its at 4th firestore now. and they had also no fixed it rite as well but never failed to charge full before checking if car was fixed properly or not. see attach

on 4/24/24 I went to Firestone because my check engine light was on. Firestone replaced and installed a purged valve for $1176.00. Two weeks later my check engine light is on again Firestone replaced the fuel tank vent for $553.72. The check engine light went off until a month later. Firestone replaced the evaporation control canister. And my check engine light is back on. After paying $1,050.72 my check engine light is on. Firestone stated the same diagnostic numbers are showing but they have not resolved the problem and will not refund my money. (Even though they are advertising a sign about refunding your money if they cannot repair). When I have brought my car into the shop, they reset the check engine light but after driving the car for a while the check engine light is back on. Now the Firestone mechanic has said he was missing a part to complete the diagnostic check. I called them in September 2024 only to be told the part has not arrived yet. I would like a refund if Firestone is unable to fulfill their committment by completing the work they started. I don't even know if the parts they replaced were defective or not since the same code is appearing each time I have brought my car to the shop.Thank you,

On 6/25/2024 I made a cash payment in the amount of $50. I received a receipt from the store and the following month I was charged a late fee in the amount of $29 and the $50 was not removed from my balance.I phoned the ************** number (number of the cc) to check and see what it happened to my payment. I was told that they did not receive that cash payment and if I could fax them a copy of the receipt. I faxed them the copy after I spoke with them on July 15, 2024. The following month I received the bill and the $50 has still not yet been credited and the $29 late fee remained on my balance. I called on August 9, 2024 to see to inquire about what happened to my $50 credit plus the $29 late fee. I was told that they couldnt that they had not researched the receipt and that I needed to give them until August 17 to give them a call back. I called back on August 17 and again was told again that I need to give them 30 days to research this incident. I asked to speak to a manager and not just a person answering the phone. I was told that they have no managers on duty. I went to the store on *********** to talk to the service person at the front desk and I was told that they do not deal in the financial matters, I will phone again on September 17 to find out what my status is on this matter. I am still receiving a bill and being asked to pay a minimum of $29 which I owe nothing because I paid the entire balance off minus the $50 and minus the $29 late fee. I feel that if they are so incompetent that they cant find a faxed receipt then how am I gonna get my money back if I keep on paying them. your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated recently. I am looking for my account to be credited the $79 total and not charged any further late fees.

I took my vehicle into Firestone in August last month because it wouldn't start. Initially, Firestone stated they had no one that could diagnose the issue because its only mechanic was on vacation. The mechanic ultimately came back from vacation, and seemed unable to find out why the vehicle wouldn't start. Throughout the day, a series of phone calls occurred, each time stating there was another issue they had found, and that it would cost more money. The number started at $200 and quickly rose to over $800. They said they needed to change the fuel pump, but couldn't get to it because they didn't know how to get to it, other than cutting through the exhaust system. They stated, after they destroyed the exhaust system, they would have to rebuild it, and that would cost over $1500. Finally after a number of additional fees and taxes, the bill came out to over $3000.If that wasn't bad enough, inside of a week, the vehicle went back to not working. It was no longer starting up, indicating that the only reason why it had started when I got it back, is because they used battery starter fluid to get the vehicle to start, and when that wore off, the vehicle suddenly stopped starting.Firestone refused to offer a resolution. Instead they were looking for more money, to not fix what they didn't fix before. One shouldn't pay a mechanic over $3000 to repair a starting issue, only to find that in the end, the vehicle still won't start. What is clear, is that Firestone should only be selling new cars, because they have no idea how to fix used ones.

My air conditioner condenser was intentionally tampered with, the mechanic I believe responsible doesn't work there anymore, and hasn't since I brought my complaint to the general manager. Who was the first to deny responsibility, then never put in request for repair at their cost, and had to call in and also go online to get any response, and now all I'm getting is the run around. And a decision made from ********* when my car is in ********... He never even looked at the damage in question, just decided they were not responsible!!!

Manager stated initially that my car had two cylinder cracks, one on each. He stated it would cost $2,000. Per cylinder. He said he needed a$650.00 deposit. He never took the deposit said to wait had someone take my Mom and me home while he looked the car over some more. As a result they came back stating that I needed a new engine and the cost would be $6,800.00 total. See attachments. Picked up the car. Took It to the Chevrolet Dealership and they put it on the diagnostic test. No problem with the engine after checking out the car all that was needed was coolant. The cost $12.98. for the coolant total cost $202.97 total with tax.
