  NFIB has been informed approximately 14 times in the last 3 months that our company is not interested in their services. Yet they continue to call and stop in at our business. They are ensuring that we will NEVER be interested in their services. They are pushy and attempt to forego identifying themselves in order to speak to the owner.

  Do not talk to these people. They are very pushy, they won’t leave you alone. There is no benefits to paying these high premiums.

  NFIB made an unauthorized charge to my boss' credit card when he told them he didn't want to renew his membership. They've been calling periodically ever since, trying to sneakily get past me to talk to him. He's told them directly several times to stop calling. So have I. They either announce themselves with just their personal name and no company name, or call from a blocked number when I won't put them through. Then they try to tell me he's still a member (he's not). If these tactics by their salespeople reflect their lobbyists, I consider them crooked. An honest company would have apologized immediately for an unauthorized charge and tried to make it right, not pretend that they're someone else so they could get through to my boss to try to make a hard sale with quick moving commentary.

  This organization's membership recruiting is horrible. Sales guys are relentless in their attempts to meet with you. Finally succumbed to their persistence only to find myself being presented with a disjointed high pressure sales pitch to join the organization. When I said I would like to take some time to learn more about the organization and to leave me with some information he instantly became disinterested and said "no, I don't have anything to leave with you". Wouldn't even leave a business card. Good riddance with an attitude like that.

  I'm in iowa, nfib representative cold calls our place and would not take no for an answer from my husband, finally my husband says talk to my wife. This rep returned 5 times unannounced before noon, we have cameras and I was home a couple times, he would pound on our front door 3 or 4 times getting louder and louder looking in our windows and walking to our shop looking in those windows, cold calls need to stop. It's scary made me very nervous, this guy was sketchy looking in our house our shop our buildings and it's on camera. I've called nfib complained, they told me to send an email so it goes to this guy's supervisor I did that and he shows up 5 days later again.

  They come by our office without calling to set up an appointment. It’s usually during lunch, which aggravates me! I have asked repeatedly for a courtesy call, but they refuse. The last man told me he had driven 60 miles for me to tell him we weren’t giving a donation. I told him if he had called, that wouldn’t have happened.

  DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY & CERTAINLY DO NOT AUTHORIZE A PAY BY PHONE. They will not take no for an answer and will continue to take your money and call even though you have forbidden them to contact you and steal money from your account. Over a period of four years, I have been battling them to stop. Multiple times I called and cancelled my membership, just to get another charge a few months later. Then a guy showed up at my business and went behind my back and got authorization from my husband, even though, I told them he is not authorized! And guess what, they even did it again via phone one week after I TOLD THEM TO STOP!!! They do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for your small business and will harass you until they get what they want, which is your money. I would like to report them to the police, the BBB, all of my friends and neighbors that are members of theirs and to anyone else who will listen!! These people are CROOKS, THEIVES & STRAIGHT UP AWFUL!!!! ZERO STARS!!!!!!

  I guess the door to door sales person is doing their job when they don't take no for an answer. They arrived uninvited to solicit membership. Explained several times in a span of five minutes that we're not shelling out any more money from our business. This is our 31st year and we're in the home stretch.

  This business will continually contact you after you have told them on numerous occasions that you do not want to renew. A very well dressed lady just showed up at our home at 7:50 in the morning being very pushy about the renewal. She was asked to leave. I wouldn’t recommend getting involved with this organization.
