I should have been informed initially that my Cigna ************************** was no longer accepted. It had been for years in the past. I am billed for $327 for a covid and flu shot. Little Clinic later informed me it was because my card did not have "Health Springs" on it. Well that hasn't been on cards for 3 years now. The fact that the card had Cigna **************** (HMO-POS) plus my age of 74 on the Little Clinic form should have alerted. Little Clinic's response was they are not responsible for insurance coverage, and it was up to me to determine. Well maybe but had been covered 100% at Kroger clinic for years. That and other medical service places always checked and informed me on my coverage prior to any treatment.Had I been alerted on this up front I could have just gone to CVS for both shots and been 100% covered. The place of service was at the Kroger Clinic ******************************.

I am rejecting this response because: My prior treatments were accepted. This response appears to be a generic reply as if no one at The Little clinic actually read my initial

complaint. Other medical facilities always check my CIGNA ******** policy to insure coverage prior to treatment.

      Sincerely,

I received a phone call from a Little Clinic customer service representative a couple weeks ago.

She told me they have removed the charge and for me to not pay if I received a recent billing.

At this point am waiting to see if I receive another billing. I haven't received anything in writing on this however as the ** person's communication

was verbal. Hopefully all will be well with this!

One 10/11/2023 I obtained two vaccinations from the Little Clinic located in ****** Tennessee. This clinic is an in-network provider with my health insurance. I obtained the flu shot and the covid shot as part of preventative medicine. In March 2024 I was notified that my bill was "seriously overdue" despite my claims having been paid in full by the 12/30/2023 by my insurance provider. I called the Little Clinic to explore the issue in March 2024. They notified me that my insurance had "recouped" most of the fees they had previously paid. I called my insurance provider, who denied any recoupment and stated all fees were completely covered. The Little Clinic stated they would investigate the matter and "froze" my account for 10 days while under review. I never heard back from them. On 4/22/24 I received a call from a debt collection agency on behalf of the Little Clinic. I called the Little Clinic directly and inquired about the bill. They again stated that my insurance provider made a recoupment and even provided a rationale as to why they made the recoupment. My insurance provider contacted the clinic to explore the issue and was told I should contact them in one week. I spoke with ********* in billing at the Little Clinic who denied any recoupment but reported there was a "corrective claim." At this time I have paid the Little Clinic to settle the dispute despite them having been paid by my insurance for all services and fees. ********* at the Little Clinic stated I would have to wait for it to again be reviewed, only now they have payment from my insurance company and me, after forwarding my information to a debt collections company.

This complaint is regarding no $** show charge from a **** appointment setup with a PA at the Little Clinic on June 22 at ***pm CDT. I was logged and waiting at the scheduled time but the PA never came on. No call was made to cell either. I waited 10 minutes past the appointment time and called the service line at ***-***-****. At first I was told "I might be in que" and the PA is running late. I kindly informed the rep I didn't see any indications I was in a que. She put me on hold and then came back saying my appointment was cancelled as a no show and I would be charged $**. I asked to have the charge removed as I was online at the appointed time and she then transferred me to billing. The billing rep said she would "try and have the billing removed" but frankly it sounded more like she just wanted to tell me that and move on to the next call. I was not given any case number or other reassurances if would be removed. The charge remains. I made another call on June 24 and she said to call back next week. I simply want this unwarranted charge of $** removed from the Little Clinic Portal.

I took my *** children in for a seasonal *** shot. The advertised price is *****. I have paid ***** for each shot. The facility has been over charging and is now threatening collections. I have written to the corporate office twice outlining the issues, but they have chosen to ignore their error. This is fraud.

A couple of months ago I visited the little clinic and at the end of the visit I paid my copay and made sure they had my new insurance card on file to bill to. Following that visit, weeks later I received a bill for my visit and based on the bill my entire visit was being charged to me, I did not see my insurance billed any amount. I called the number of my bill to make sure my insurance provider was being charged and not me. The woman who answered said she would take care of it, took my insurance info and hung up. She sounded ************* like she did not care. A few weeks later the same bill was sent to me again. I called again wondering what happened and why was this not resolved earlier it was another woman on the call equally useless took my information said she would make sure this was billed to my provider. I warned her that if it was not corrected this time it would go to collections. Come November I receive this letter from collections asking me to pay $*** that should never have been my bill to pay. Based on the complaints here about little clinic I see it is not the first time this has happened. I will never use them again, from the worst wait times to ****** customer service. I will choose *** any day. I am not going to pay this bill, you need to train your staff to do their jobs instead of them ************ customers promising resolution while nothing is done.

I went to the Little Clinic at ******** on 4915 Dixie Highway on XX-XX-XXXX for a ***** ****. I was informed at the time my insurance (******** & *****) would take care of it. I've had 2 ***** tests at ****** Healthcare since. My insurance paid both. I received a bill dated XX-XX-XXXX for $*****. Per the bill they turned it in to ******** twice and didn't turn in it to *****. I was on hold and finally talked to a lady named Laura (total time almost an hour). She put me on hold twice. Finally she more or less said, "she didn't know and for me to contact *****". I told her they need to and resubmit the bill. ***** has never refused to pay anything not covered by ********. She finally gave me the brush off and said she would turn it into the underwriters or someone. I told her I didn't owe it, and I wasn't going to pay it. I also said I was going to contact the ***. I find it odd to get a bill almost a year after services was rendered. They just hoped I would pay it and not question. it
