      Our Loan folks, Brooke & Makenzie, were GREAT to work with, this was our 2nd time using SEF. They made it feel very comfortable, they were typically redilly available thru texts, emails, and occasional phone calls. All the documentation was handeled online and was easy to navigate, and I'm not a Tech person by any means... Highly recommend their services!

      Southeast Financial are a 5* company, they were fast, efficient and their website was kept up to date in real time of where we were in the process. Our Loan Officer/Agent - Brooke C***** was fantastic, she kept us informed with texts, calls, as well as emails and was a real help through the process. Highly recommend this company!

      We purchased an RV. Once we had the pre-approval process done we had lots of questions, the communication was great. Once we found the RV we wanted to move forward on, the loan process went smoothly and we closed on our purchase in a week's time. Would highly recommend

      5 Star experience. Bionca and team easy to work with a communicative throughout the entire refinance process of our boat. Must be comfortable working online as most communication is done through their online portal. Thank you for all your work to help us refinance. Highly recommend!

      When no one else could get us approved including the popular big RV dealerships... SE Financial came in FTW with a larger approval and only a 10% down payment. Seriously, smooth process. It does take a bit of time to complete maybe about a 2-4 days pre-approval and 4-6 days after approval for funding, but well worth it!

      Five stars to Amanda and Cheyanne at SE Financial for an excellent experience for an RV loan. They found us a great rate and got us funded within a week. I would highly recommend them.

      My experience working with Title Agent Kelly to resolve a title issue was outstanding. As a condition of the loan, the bank would handle the title transfer and registration fees of my Class B recreational vehicle. Unfortunately, The DMV was very slow about processing the application, which held up reimbursement of the considerable fees I paid upfront to expedite the process. Kelly was extremely courteous and helpful in resolving the problem. She kept me posted of the situation through emails, and responded quickly to any questions I had along the way. I could not have asked for better customer service.

      I have enjoyed my experience in getting a loan with southeast financial. The staff are so helpful. Amanda and Alison were friendly and went out of their way to make this experience enjoyable. Amanda started the loan and helped till we finished. Southeast is 5 out of 5 stars. I highly recommend them if you need a loan
