      Gentlemen bbb the company ditto music withheld my earnings. I have shown license and permit and document yet they do not give me an answer. It has been more than 6 months. I request a refund of my earnings of ****** US$ since 02/12/2024 there is no response or solution from the company ditto music

      I paid Rs.2499 on 29 March 2025 towards payment of a **** Channel purchase from Ditto Music.I was told that the transaction details are not available with them, and I provided them with the documents (screenshots) related to the successful transaction. Following that, Ditto Music doesn't care to acknowledge receipt of the payment nor even care to respond to my messages and mails,It is a deliberate act of fraud. Please help me retrieve the hard-earned money cheated from me. Thank you.

      The attached files are screenshots of the desperate chat attempts that I tried. First, they asked me to provide screenshots as proof of the transaction. They stopped responding the moment I sent them the transaction details. They also removed the order from the Basket and it's not available in the Order History too.

      I signed up to have my music distributed to over 400 DSP.***** scheduling my work more than 10 days in advance, after the release date, the work was not delivered to more than 4-5 stores.The do not get your music in Shazam They will not put your music on Apple Music They will claim that your music is GENERIC I already filed a charge back claim, I've also moved my works to another platform that delivered my works to all the stores Ditto Music failed to do.Also after my music which they claimed was GENERIC received over ******* streams in the first month they sent an email claiming that they suspect fraud.I haven't logged into their platform since mid Jan. ***** taking down my album from their platfrom.They keep trying to contact me via email after I have repeatedly unsubscribed and marked their mail as spam.Have them lose my contact information and stop sending emails, they failed to do what their service claim. And now they also want to claim fraudulent stream, the nerve!This is a public service announcement to warn others who might be thinking of dealing with them.

      They are wrongfully keeping my royalties that have been paid out to me claiming that Spotify fined them but also will not provide legitimate proof of this claim Spotify sure hasnt mentioned a thing about it and I have spoken with Spotify about it. They claim that they at no point fined Ditto Music for any of my music on their platform.

      I joined Ditto Music in the in 2023 just before we were ready to release the first song. The first song was released April 30, 2023 and due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to move which put a delay in promoting the song. When I finally was able to start the promotion, I social media, *** Email addresses I hadt and kept it up for 3 months. I noticed that there was an issue with Ditto Music. Id ask a question and what was to be answered in just a few hours took days if not weeks. This was the first sign there was an issue. In March of 2024, I paid for the Pro Level of Ditto Music as Id get 24/7 support, and I would get the **** feature that they offered. Now I signed up for the ****, and it stated it would take at least 2 weeks. I found out that none of my streaming counts from Spotify was showing up. I had a total of 108k stream with Spotify. I looked at the Royalty payments and they still had not License Check the song, this was over a year and they and it still wasnt done. There is a ticket that has not been answered after 47 weeks. One 22 weeks old was close with no answer. They did nothing they were supposed to do in verifying the song for license and sync.I received an email from their support agent informing me that my stream count was illegal, they said I used BOTS to get the streams. I did not and they offered no proof. I checked with Spotify since they have 99% of the streams. Ditto had me at 97k+ streams, their support removed 149k streams from my account, putting me 50k streams in the negative. I had 108k streams with Spotify, and less than 100+ from others. I realized then they were stealing from **** requested a refund and they have refused, they also refused to give me how I can be 50k in the negative. Spotify is paying them for the valid streams and they are refusing to pay what is owed to me. They refused to return the count and said once they marked them as bad, I could do nothing to get them back. They owe me $500+ from the streams/sales!

      Yes, they did contact me and refunded the yearly fee of $59

      They said that I used bots and proceeded to tell me they took away ****** streams away from me. I need to explain that we did not have that many streams. According to them we had 97k streams so that would put us into the negative of 52k streams which is impossible, you cannot un-listen or un-stream a song. Spotify verified that all of my streams with them were valid streams. Spotify is the link I send out in emails, and on social media over the course of 4 months to get people to play the song. I managed to get the song on a radio station in *****, **********, and one that pre-records a show where my song was played in ****** and the **. THere were more on college radio too!  To have bots I'd have to have had to pay someone to do the promotion and they used bots, however, I didn't pay anyone to promote the song. The song was streamed in over 20+ countries, and I do not have the ability to make that many streams over the 4 months that I worked on promoting the song especially in all of the countries where it was streamed. 

      They told me that the money was frozen, meaning they are holding onto the money. They will not send it back to Spotify, nor will they send it to me, so that really means is that they are stealing the money. What they are saying the money is frozen, is really theft as the money is in their account.

      I have moved to a new distributor as I cannot and do not trust them as they lie. I understand that they will not release the funds if it is under 25 british pounds, which if you count the streams it was but they still had not even license verified my song, they had the year and did nothing. Now, if they decided to pay me, I'd have to pay them to gain access to the site again to get the money. This in itself is a scam.

      I have more information if needed, but the fact is that they showed me no proof of anything, I checked with Spotify the streaming service that had the most streams, and they in writing put that they took away more streams then I had, so know that this company is corrupt. The one question I have asked them over and over again how they can take more streams away from me than I had, unless they were not reporting all of the streams that I really had.

      Ive been using Ditto Music distribution for about a year right now. I havent had no major problem until now although the company been taking really long time to release the royalties Im so far everything was OK because I did of the day they still pay even late but now recently, I have published some tracks by the end of October November, which was supposed to be paid by February or March And Phone are there and not available. I tried to contact Ditto Music distribution multiple time. I spoke to multiple agent and they told me that they have some issue with the publisher wishes that has some claim which make no sense for claim. Im asking them for approval anything but they cant even say anything. They cant even give any good reason about it but they only say that they will not move forward or claim to Spotify so basically the funds are lost. The funds are there, but nothing is being done about it so I really want some Answer about it. I really want some positive answer because it doesnt make no sense. I understand the company have the own problem you know like some kind of fraud situation going on, but Im not responsible for that so I want the phones to be returned to me deposit to my bank as soon as possible I will attach some screenshot about the amount they have would hold , and then not releasing

      My account ************************ closed a few days ago. There is a subscription taken in January and the period was till 2025. But last 22-03-2024 I got a message to deduct 49$. Which has been cut without any reason. I want a refund. I have attached the screenshot of the bank.

I am responsible for collecting royalties from Ditto for these artists.In May 2023 Ditto informed me that my account has been suspended due to an unsubstatiated claim of fraud.       Ditto music has made it mandatory to scam artist. I purchased a subscription in which ditto failed to release my music in which I invested in promotion for these releases. After contacting ditto several times my songs were still being rejected. The few songs they did release were not as big as the records they held. I contacted ditto about this matter and seems theyre trying to force me and other artist with this same issue into paying for another subscription just to resolve the issue. Ditto fails to let me cashout my balance without buying a new subscription. I requested a refund and instead they removed my music from their platform and told me NO REFUND! This is considered fraud. Ditto has taken advantage of Artist by false promoting business and robbery of funds without remorse. There is no physical person to speak with its all computer generated responses. Ditto music needs to be removed from music distribution online because theyre known for scamming artist out of theyre money and illegally removing music releases.
