Unfortunately my story seems to be the same as many other people have complained about. I purchased tires that cost me over $2,000 to have installed. They lasted for 8,451 miles! Yep, 8,451 miles and two are completely bare. They said I missed the rotation at 7,500 miles so they would not cover the warranty. 951 miles over a tire rotation but only the back tires are bad??!!! The worst customer service possible. NEVER BUY TIRES FROM THIS WORTHLESS COMPANY! HOW EMBARASSING TO EVEN WORK FOR A PATHETIC COMPANY THAT CAN'T STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT. Tried to call to talk to another individual in their HR department, their voice mail is full. No wonder.

Hankook tires are the Worst. Almost bald at 18,000 miles. They don't back their product!! Very disappointing.

If I could give a negative star I would. This company has completely screwed me over. I bought a set of tires from this company and paid extra for the 75k mile warranty. I am nowhere near the warranty limit and all the tires I have are as bare as can be. One of them is even starting to show the threads. I paid well over $700 for these tires and I went to file a claim for the defective tires and denied it because I missed 1 tire rotation because I lost my job and couldn't pay for it. So now I'm out over $700 and now have to pay for a new set because they are too cheap to replace them. Not even the dealership I got them from will help at all. I will never ever buy these tires again. I hope this company goes out of business because they can never live up to their word. They break their promises on their warranty and will find any excuse not to replace their cheaply made tires.

My 80 year old parents purchased a brand new 2021 Camry Hybrid with a set of Hankook tires. After less than 14,000 miles they were nearly bald. They were supposed to have a 70,000 mile tread warranty. I called the dealership and Hankook and neither would take responsibility. I asked the incredibly rude rep at Hankook why they wouldn't honor their warranty. Her explanation was that they don't warranty OE tires. I asked her what the difference was between the OE tire and if I purchased them later and had them put on. She didn't have an answer. They offered to "prorate" the cost of new tires, which my parents still would have had to pay over $600 to have the same crappy tires put on. I wouldn't by Hankook tires ever again nor take business to this dealership.

I bought my 2022 Rouge about 8 months ago and it has 10300 miles now the tread count is already down to 5/32. Had dealer reach to Hankook and was told they don't warranty original equipment tires for tread wear. You know that's fine. And to be fair it sounds like other manufacturers may not warranty Original equipment tires either for tread wear. At this point even if they would be free I don't want another set of Hankook tires on my vehicle. All I know is I never have had any other Original equipment tires wear anywhere close to as quick as these. Hankook tires are Garbage in my opinion. When looking for a vehicle in the future I will check to see if they have Hankook tires and if it's a vehicle I really want I will tell the dealer I need money off because of the brand of tire because I will probably have to replace them within a year.

WOW!!!! I am comforted, yet HIGHLY disappointed to read the numerous negative reviews on Hankook tires. As with the rest of the hard working consumers who have purchased tires from this manufacturer, I too have a similar complaint. I purchased Hankook tires for my 2018 ****** Camry last year. Two of the tires have knots/air bubbles in them which clearly indicates some sort of defect. However, the company has denied the claims submitted on my behalf by the car dealership where I purchased the tires. I now have to come out of pocket to new tires simply because the company does not honor its own warranty!!! This is UNACCEPTABLE for numerous reason. My biggest priority is my safety and tires with bubbles that can cause a blowout does not define safety in the least sense of the word. I definitely hoped that the company would do the RIGHT thing and honor tires that carry their brand. I will NEVER purchase this brand of tires again. I will also recommend that none of my family, friends, or associates spend money purchasing this brand of tires.

15000 miles on a 60000 mile tire,is absolutely unacceptable!! Contacted, company and was told tires had to be rotated by a certified dealer of Hankook tires. I rotate my own tires, always have,I have my own record of this, but no record from dealer, so they won't honor it!! Total BS!!

Reading about Hankook's specialty tires for RVs and trailers in an excellent article in Motor Trend, the 'Vantra,' and that they were not 'made in China' as so many of the competition's trailer tires are, I contacted my local tire dealer to order a set of Hankook Vantra tires for my RV. When the tires arrived at the dealer I inquired about where they were made, and he said that the sidewall of the tire specified 'Made in China.' But then he said there was another issue which was more of a concern. The tires that Hankook had sent him were already almost three years old, having been manufactured in February of 2020. He told me that he would contact Hankook and order three more to see if they might be newer. In the meantime, I called Hankook USA in TN and spoke to a customer service rep about the issues. I asked the Hankook customer service rep if there was any way to know where Hankook Vantra tires were made, since Hankook had multiple world-wide manufacturing locations. I was told that Hankook had only 4 locations where they manufactured tires and that there was no way to know where a particular tire was made, unless one ordered the tire and looked on the sidewall. In fact, Hankook has 9 manufacturing locations worldwide, two of which are in China. When I inquired about the age of the tire, I received a similar response. My dealer received the second set of 'new' tires for my RV from Hankook and called me to state that the second set were just as old as the first. They were all almost three years old. Confronting Hankook customer service in the USA about this is a lost cause, as they simply do not care about the age of the tires they sell. So my advice to anyone shopping for tires is to avoid Hankook at all costs. Tires that are already almost three years old are DANGEROUS to purchase and have mounted on your car.

I had Hankook tires mounted on my car 18 months ago. I requested to have my tires rotated every time I had the oil changed, every 7500 miles. Of course I can't attest as to whether that service was actually carried out but I had to have a new set of tires mounted two months ago with less than 20,000 miles on the Hankooks. I did contact Hankook and the response was to provide them with documentation showing regular rotations and that the tread needed to be a consistent measurement. I have the statements from the tire rotations but they do not record the mileage at the time of service. I have since changed technicians for my vehicle maintenance but I would expect that Hankook would stand behind their product's performance.
