I recently used PMC's valet at the **************** in **************. I drove my car from ************, ** to ************** on a Thursday and everything was fine with my vehicle. I did not use the vehicle from Thursday to Sunday. When the vehicle was returned to me on Sunday, it had a flat tire and the PMC employee drove my vehicle on the rim from the valet location to the front of the hotel. It turns out that there was a nail in my tire that was picked up from the valet driver at some point b/c I drove my vehicle on Thursday for 5 hours without incident and without any tire pressure notification during my trip from ******** to **************. I filed a claim with *** that was, of course, denied by after their "thorough inspection." Because this occurred on a Sunday afternoon and there weren't any tire places open, I had to pay $739.46 for a mobile tire company to come out and replace the tire so I could drive home. The 21C hotel (not PMC) did credit me back the valet fee, but that was a minimal charge in comparison to the replacement tire that I had to purchase. Also, please note that *****, the *** employee who was working with me to get a claim filed was professional and helpful.Business Response

PMC apologizes for the disruption this has caused, however, we cannot determine that our valet driver ran over a nail. Also, there was no damage to indicate our valet negligently operated the vehicle. As a good faith gesture, we comped the 3 nights of valet parking.Initial Complaint

I parked in a public parking lot, it listed a ** code to scan and pay for parking. I scanned the ** code and purchased 2 hours. I received a receipt. When we came out the the car we had a parking notice on the car. I even received a text saying we have 25 minutes or time running out.Business Response

On March 28th, I paid for six hours of parking via QR code. Less than two hours later, I noticed a citation on my windshield. I unmediated scanned the notice, which demanded a fee for no paid parking. I followed the directions to dispute which included emailing them my receipt, the parking timer, and the charge on my card. They did respond but still want a fee related to the cost of the notice. This feels like a huge scam! I paid to park, stayed less than what I paid for - and they want more payment? Id like a refund for my additional parking and for the additional fee they are collecting.Business Response

Was ticketed with a $40 fee after paying for parking on 3/26 @4:53pm for 3.5 hours. Confirmed with screen shot that at the time of departure I still had 14 minutes on my allotted time, and had fully paid for 3.5 hours to a total of $40.61.Business Response

I have been trying to reach parking management company regarding a refund for a misproccesed transaction. The customer service is abominable. I have tried calling, emailing, and submitting a support request. No response. Please have someone reach out to me. I will be paying the invoice with a different form of payment as soon as the payment is reversed, and a new invoice is sent to me.Customer Answer

I parked at ************************************ Lot on 3/6 (they didn't provide receipt but I have transaction record from credit card), and scanned QR and paid $16.19 for 2-hr parking then went to restaurant for lunch. After left, I started to hear crackling noise 2nd day from my car's front area, almost caused an accident as I tried to figure it out, did investigation and ultimately found a parking violation ticket under my car hood, stating "our records show that your vehicle with a license plate ******* has yet to register in our parking system". The violation notice does not list a time other than the issue date 3/6, and forces you agree to the terms and conditions of their parking policies before even look at it. I already registered my car and paid for 2 hours though, it demands me to pay another $38.42 for the "parking notice", on what basis? Is this a legitimate business, asking people to pay for parking first and then say they are in violation later and only charge several times more? Most robbers rob a person only once, but are you trying to rob the same person twice a day - doubling the amount each time? Ridiculous!Business Response

Info. **** *******. Address. *************************************** Phone. ************ License. Asilisa Tire tags. ****** I have receipts that clearly show we paid when we parked the car at a **Code lot on ************************** at 12:14 pm. On 2/17/25 Several hours later we returned to the car and found a tag and a wheel lock on the car. We followed the instructions on the attached tag but the ** scan would not work. So we followed the second code on the tag and the code required us to pay again. Feeling no recourse we paid again. I have a receipt for this transaction. Even paying again did not work so I had to call the number on the tag. The call charged me $****** to give me the lock code. They did not give me a receipt for the ****** In total I payed the regular parking fee for 4 hours twice and another ****** to get a code. Even though I can clearly show I had paid to park! This was a terrible experience for my grandchildren and me. It was below zero wind chill and not safe. I was totally robbed and my car was held hostage by for no reason. I demand a full refund and want all my money back due to the trauma caused.Business Response

I prepaid $30.59 for parking at *****************************. The ** code provided did not work for our parking on 12/20/24. My friend had to pay with her card. I parked in a lot I have never parked in before that exists immediately outside of a restaurant. As such, I believed the lot was available to the restaurant patrons. There was not clear signage, particularly at night with minimal lighting. I was parked for 2 hours. When I came out I had a notification that I owed $60 for failing to pay upfront. I immediately contacted the company when I realized it was a lot that required payment to at least reduce the payment to the cost of the two hour parking, despite the signage lacking. I cannot imagine this is a fair practice.Business Response

I stayed at the *************** in *************** VA on 11/27/24. The valet parking attendant damaged my car while parking it into the deck. I have submitted photo evidence of the crash through the hotel valet, and then they submitted a claim to PMC on 11/30/24. Since the claim was submitted, I have heard nothing from *** despite saying they would be in touch within 3-5 business days. I have emailed their claims department 3 times at this point, with no response. I feel as though they are intentionally ignoring me in order to not process my claim. Any help you can provide would be so appreciated. Thank you!Business Response

PMC apologizes for the disruption this has caused. The reported damage consists of scrapes to the passenger side front quarter panel. However, the claim has been denied due to pre-existing conditions, as surveillance footage indicated that the damage was present at the time of the claimant's arrival.
