- We Reserve the right to Repair an A.S.I. product or Service prior to Refund Consideration, If the part is not repairable a replacement will be offered at an additional cost.
Refunds will incur a 30% Restocking Fee, along with shipping costs, Technical Fee & proration Fee, Proration is based on time in Service. All Controllers Must be returned to A.S.I.
Approved Refunds may take up to 30 business days from time of arrival to our Facility ,
Reasons for refund being denied:
*Part was installed
*Installed Improperly.
*Returned damaged & non re-buildable.
*Part was altered or Tampered with thus rendering it non re-buildable.
*Warranty Void Label(s) tampered with.
*Returned from someone other than the original purchaser. (warranties are non-transferable)
*Returning a different product.
Returns: We accept all part returns, except in the following cases , Part was installed or Installed Improperly, Part was altered or tampered with, Warranty Void Label(s) were tampered with, Part was returned from someone other than the original purchaser. Parts come Shrink Wrapped, when the Shrink Wrap is removed, We Reserve the right to Repair or Exchange. There is a 30% Restocking fee and shipping cost on returned parts.(Software is not returnable) - Business Categories
