    I have used this company for 5 years. I requested a refill of my tank on 01/15. Now ten business days later, my tank is now close to empty and still no refill despite 3 calls (2 I left messages for call back and 1 I again spoke with Dennis, who I spoke with originally.)I left a negative review on the web site and was direct to email Ferrell gas which I did and still zero help. I rent this tank from them and can not get a refill from anyone else. I honestly don't know what else to do. This heater is my main source of heat as the other is a motel type of electric heater/air conditioner which is not efficient. I purchased the heater from them 5 years ago and up to last year when I also had to wait for several weeks for a refill, the early years the service was fine. I am an elderly widow and am perplexed at what to do next. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone.
