      Placed an order for tickets for The Grand Old Opry. The tickets themselves were not available for pickup until I could do it in person. I went to pick up the tickets on July 23 had a lengthy conversation with Gary at which time he put in my order code and printed the tickets. I was getting ready to go to the show and happened to check the tickets and realized they were for July 22nd. My question to this is, Gary put my information into the computer to print the tickets how is it he didn’t say anything about the tickets being for the night before. I called Vacations Made Easy right away and was told by the girl on the phone (sorry I didn’t get her name) that she couldn’t do anything for me but would transfer me to a supervisor. The supervisor wasn’t available so I had to leave a message. Still waiting for a callback. My order number is ******* and now Vacations Made Easy has over $300.00 of my money and I didn’t get to see a show.

      This customer placed her order online and of course selected the dates herself, the agent at the center just prints the tickets that are in the system ordered by the customer.  Of course we were charged by the vendor for the tickets, so we are not holding her money the actual charge to her was $237.34 not over 300 as she claims.  However, in the interest of good faith i will issue a gift certificate in the full amount to her to use online at Vacations Made Easy.

      How long is this gift certificate going to be good for? How are they getting it to me? Where are these thousands of properties? I will accept the offer if there is no expiration date and there are places in Ontario Canada to use it.

      May 21, 2023 purchased tickets for Anakeesta Mountain Sightseeing. It was supposed to be for later that day how when I got confirmation it somehow changed for the 22nd. We were already back in Indiana later that day! They do not give details on tickets or say that you will have to go pick up tickets at travel locations. Very misleading and people lose out on a lot of money. The amount that was spent was $245.81. People need to be aware that it is best to just get tickets from the main attraction site. It will also save money in the long run. Was told that I would be able to get a refund with the First Lady I spoke to on the 21st but I had to call back after the tickets got done processing. My tickets are still sitting at the vacation made easy location!!! Learned the hard way. I only wanted my money back because I had to purchase from somewhere else so we could do one last thing with the whole family! Still unhappy that I have been getting the run around! Beware buyers!

      At Vacations Made Easy we provide thousands of tickets each week, most of those orders are placed online like this customer did.  We do not have input into the date and time of there choosing.  Our Terms and Conditions are listed clearely.   However, in the interest of good faith, I will issue a gift certificate in the full amount of her order to nbe used at any of our hundreds of locations on our site.

      Could you reached out to the company and see if they could take 10% or 20% and just refund the rest. Or come up with a different compromise for me please.

      On or about May 3, 2023 my wife Mary Ten**** bout attraction tickets from VME. The attraction was Alcatraz East Crime Museum Pigeon Forge, TN. They were bought in advance for our vacation the following week. She paid over $124.00 for 2 adult tickets with Military discount. Itinerary order number was 6257401 and confirmation number Ten****. We printed the voucher and visited the museum on Tuesday May, 9, 2023. Upon arrival, we noted the attraction price board. Adults-$28.95, Seniors-$21.95, and Military-$19.95. I am a Veteran and our price should have been $19.95 each. $39.90 for 2 tickets. A reasonable mark-up would be expected. Spending over $124 is unacceptable and a rip-off to say the least. No reservations, just the tickets. I would expect a reasonable reimbursement from VME. We did speak with Dana, a supervisor Customer Service Rep at VME. She was unwilling to accommodate anything. Actually not listening to our issue and just kept repeating their price was correct.

      Date of Transaction 03/11/2023 Purchased 6 Tickets totaling $583.00 from VME for Pirates Voyage in Pigeon Forge, TN. Reservations was for March 18th at 6p. They changed the date to March 11th at 3p which was the same time I was making the reservation. When we went to pick up the tickets We were told that they were for the previous week-end, but to call a number that they provided. We called and it was answered by an Answering Service - they took our name and number and stated that they would have a Supervisor contact us. No one has contacted as of 03/24/23. We went ahead and bought tickets directly from Pirates Voyage and paid $50.00 less for 03/18/23. Pirates Voyage informed us that since the tickets were not picked up VME did not have to pay them - only tickets that were picked up. I personally feel that the computer error is one that happens often so that reap the reward. We have used VME in the past but no more. Their so called Supervisors are rude and condescending.

      Purchased 7 tickets for December 21, 2022 $700.00 the voucher was section 5 lower level, seat numbers and row P. When we arrived vouchers wouldn't scan, went box office and pick was told our seats are up in the baloney, I did not request those seats, I called the company three times and they would compensate me $59.00. The agent said they didn't update the email. Please look into this something is not right with this company.

      She was unhappy with her seating and we offered her a 10% refund.
      She has now placed a charge back on her credit card, this is an active credit card dispute, therefore we are unable to proceed further.

      Bought tickets online for us and guests. There was no disclaimer about tickets will be electronic. We found out once purchased we had to leave hotel in downtown travel in uber/lyft 12 miles to get vouchers wait an hour to board bus at another location. Vacations made easy would not sent us tickets. Reason is they are a time share company and solicited us at ticket pickup. We enjoyed the comedy tour 1/2 way to downtown and got off the bus prematurely ending our tour because they wouldnt drop us anywhere else but back at timeshare. We were very inconvenienced and felt trapped. Had they provided real tickets and offered a downtown pickup location there would be no fuss.

      I paid 1384.00 to this company for a family vacation to Branson. When we arrived at the motel after driving over 2 hrs. The rooms were dirty the bedspreads were nasty with stains. The microwave and refrigerator were sticky. The luggage rack fell when my granddaughter leaves against it and she ended up with a bump on the head. There was a roach in a sink and we refused to stay there. We were denied a refund or any help in security another room And had to cancel the vacation after seeing one show. This motel should not even be an option for people to stay in. The motel.was nothing like the pictures posted online when the buyer is offered choices. Complete fraud at an extremely high price. I paid a high price believing we would have nice rooms. The bedspreads had what looked like tiny eggs of some kind everywhere. There were threads hanging from the bedspreads because they were so old.

      Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/12/13) */ Mrs ******* paid $1384.01 for show tickets and lodging, the lodging portion of this was $646.65 she stayed two nights leaving one unused night valued at $215.55 We contacted the Motel and this was there response "Spoke with the front desk clerk who said that there was nothing wrong with the rooms, she and her manager checked the rooms and it was more than fine. Said that since there was nothing wrong they won't provide a cxlation or refund for this." The customer used there show tickets and the remainder of the order. Currently the customer has done a chargeback with her credit card company on the entire order, we are awaiting the outcome of this charge back with her card company and cannot proceed with anything until its complete

      We ordered tickets on line. Had no idea this was time share - not represented properly. Then we get to the place to pick up tickets and you don't have to pick up tickets - especially not 4 hours in advance - and it's further than the event itself. My kids wasted time going by there to get the tickets when you didn't have to do that and they could have gotten them at the time of event. Not great wasting time going further than you need to and then be told by event holder that you don't have to drive and get your tickets - we have them here. We wanted to go to Clingmans Dome and couldn't because we didn't have enough time we had to pick up tickets - not happy - why would they tell you that when it's not necessary - only to go over time share stuff with my 22 year old that didn't have a bit of interest in the time share. Not right people. Try again.

We ask our customers to pick up there tickets early as a courtesy to them. Mrs ***** picked up her tickets at 11:58 am on 11/22/2022. They want you to pick up the tickets in person to give you a sales pitch on a timeshare and to sign up to sit thru their spiel. They made us pick those tickets up and the venue said we did not have to go there to pick them up. This is absolutely absurd i did not sign up for a timeshare advocation and i thought if i could get the tickets at the venue why would i be told i had to pick them up 4 hours before the venue started which thru off our whole day - it is very misleading. I'm not saying i didn't get the tickets the way you guys go about them should be illegal. You don't disclose that you don't have to get the tickets with you nor do you have to show up 4 hours ahead of time. It's not right for you to tell us to have to pick them up then do a time share spiel for 10 minutes trying to sell more stuff when it was unnecessary and the comedy barn said i could pick up tickets right there and not be bothered with the sales pitch. all i am saying is that it is so MISLEADING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!       This company will not refund your money under any circumstance. They have very kind employees that are given no ability to make the customer happy. Do not go through this company if you have any concern whatsoever that your plans might change. Their policies will swallow your money completely. It is no wonder why they are not certified by the better business bureau. Do not waste your money. Find a business with more integrity and better customer service. They even have a prerecorded message when transferred to a supervisor that they "understand you might be very upset but to please be polite". That is never a good sign. I feel terrible for the poor supervisors. Will not be supporting this company in the future.
