    This is a scam. This company charged us more than double the cost of the tour in Memphis. They refuse to present an itemized bill. They sent us about 20 emails in one afternoon. The actual tour company had never heard of VME. Do not use this company for anything.

    What a scam!!! We called the **** Clark Bandstand theater box office and somehow got re-routed to this VME company which is a third party company! When we got to the theater they couldn't figure out our tickets. After all said and done the theater did give us our tickets but found out that we paid $20 a ticket MORE than we should have. And the VME company's email was conveniently "down". Would NOT recommend this company.

    At Vacations Made Easy we sell thousands of tickets each week without fail, but you have to contact us, you cannot call **** Clark Bandstand theater and somehow "get re-routed to us"

    Bait and switch website. You think you are buying tickets to the Majestic Theaters Motown Show but you are not. Then the Majestic theater tells you the tickets are fraudulent and you have to buy tickets to see their show.
    I wonder if they are in this together. It's terrible that today businesses are so cold when taking money from hard working people fraudulently.
    I'd give this company a zero if I could.

    This customer purchased ticket's to "Sounds of Soul in The Smokies a Pigeon Forge Motown Show" apparently they went to the wrong show, the correct address is on their vouchers and hundreds of people each week purchase tickets to this show and arrive without fail. It is a shame the show they went to in error did not direct them to the proper location.

    I tend to agree with VME and feel the Grand Majestic disparaged the other show and confused me so that I bought tickets to their show. They actually told me the tickets were a fraud and this happens ALL the time AND they had started legal actions against VME.
    I'm sorry that this happened to me and sorry for VME as well.
    I do believe I received a credit from VME for my no show tickets. They didn't have to do that and I appreciate it very much.
    This experience though has turned me off to everything about visiting Pigeon Forge or Gaitlinburg.

    Do not waste your time with this company. While we did receive what we ordered, we were also strongly encouraged to "tour" the Wyndham resort in order to receive some free tickets to something else. The "tour" was a high-pressure sales attempt by three people to purchase their vacation plan. The worst part was that it took about 3 hours out of our vacation time. It was frustrating and infuriating.

    This "company" is simply a front to convince you to take a "tour" (which is actually a 2 to 4 hour high-pressure sales effort for you to purchase a time share in Club Wyndham). It is a total waste of precious vacation time and it ends out making you feel frustrated and used.

    I made a reservation through them for 2 tickets to Rowdy Bear snow tubing. When I received my confirmation email I realized it was for the wrong date, I called immediately and tried to change or cancel. No help whatsoever!! I am out the money I spent because a simple mistake , and 3 attempts to have them help me and nothing!!
