This company kept a auto repo repose text message sent to our phones every 2 weeks even when we were on time. We called multiple times to have them fixed that and they did not. They refuse to send us full statements and receipts. We bought a trailer $4,200 and internet pay $6,200 and they were still threatening to come repo we got tired of it. We know games when we see them. This was not a part of the dotted line that we signed. This business is not a good business this company should be sued.Review from sally s

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. If it's a company. We have this building paid all but *****. And now we r told we owe ***** then somebody else says *****. Keep threating to send repo guy. I have had it they will not send me a contract like I have asked for I have no paper work from this place and they will not give me nothing to state nothing . I do believe this place is a scam. I am contacting my lawyer I am not going to play these games I do believe they r a rip off. Don't purchase nothing from them cause they will all lie to u about the entire purchase . How does something go from ***** to ***** there making it rich off people like us. Let's see what they tell my lawyer. We can't let them keep doing us the people like this. *************************Review from Sara M

Completely regret ever buying a shed from them. I put $250 down over 2 years ago. Just called and I still have a balance of 6922. But theres 23 payments left.? Thats another ******. Thats 50% interest. Completely ridiculous for a 12 x 32. And I cant get a copy of my agreement. What kind of company is this?!Review from Ashley E

So I bought a trailer from this company bluehouse rental for 3900$ put 500 down and have paid roughly 336 in payments still owe 3600 I received no contract when asked about a contract I would have to pay additional 10 dollars! This company completely ripped me off !! Told me that I could lose all of my money and they would resell the trailer as the same listed price I did and theres 0% help they could offer ******* money would just be burned as the ** put it. Ripped me off through a contract of lies through a vendor and false marketing wordplay about discounts that dont exist. He also informed me they were rated in the BBB but then when I got on here and realized they were 1.16/5 stars I knew right then that I had been screwed over and shouldve done more research. Ill only take partial blame for this, but to a certain extent you have to stand beside the business you offer the public and they offered 0% customer satisfaction. Just kept telling me theyre sorry and nothing they can do about itReview from Jessica G

I was late on my *********** was on a promise to pay the amount of $300 they ran my card for 340 n payment got declined well they sent repo guy to come get my trailer I called them as soon as I noticed my trailer was gone an ***** kept saying the driver DID NOT PICK UP TRAILER with an attitude even tho I kept asking to make sure If they picked it up she said no again with an attitude n that I was still responsible for the ****************** that I need it to file a police report well guess what once I told them I had footage n tag number of somebody picking it up she acted so surprised talking about oh do you? I said yes well now all the sudden there driver did pick it up ?? keep in mind she called her driver at least 4 times according to her to ask if it was picked up by him. All Im saying is if ur trailer gets repoed n they saying no they didnt do it mmm yes it was them trying to make you keep making payments on a repoed trailerReview from Jermaine E

This company is TRASH! One person will say one thing, the next something else. We had worked out to pay a late payment 2/1/24 and a repo dude showed up 1/31 ~ then ***** tried to pay when he got home 1/31, they said, oh you have an extra repo fee... We had NEVER missed a payment ~ we bought the trailer on the 15th of the month and been paying our payments on the 15th each month for 9 months, then they tell us, we are a payment behind and they are coming to repo our trailer, said payments were due on the 6th... SMH They want you to get your s*** about paid off , then come get it to resell it! PREDITORY COMPANY ~ DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS NEED A ZERO RATING....Review from Heather G

I purchased a trailer over 2 years ago. I've made my monthly payments. Trailer is fine. The statements do not provide balance or information on payments remaining. Every time I have requested this information via email or the website, it refers you to a phone number. I have never been able to reach anyone by phone until today. Current balance (after over 2 years) is $1640. 21 payments left. Monthly payments are $156. 50% interest??? I could have bought 2 of these things for what they're charging.
