      I bought a building from this company. It was delivered but upon delivery a piece of the tin from the roof had blown off. The delivery driver took pictures and said the company will have it fixed. A couple days after delivery when I hadnt heard anything I contacted the sales person I had been speaking with and she said she hadnt heard anything. (02.11.2024) she says she will have to put the order in for the metal. Its now 03.22.2024 and the roof still hasnt been fixed and I now have water damage to my building. We had to put a tarp on the roof but it didnt keep water from getting because weve had several storms since it was delivered. Ive put thousands of dollars into this building already and its now damaged.

      Shed delivered in April. Plans were sent for permit. Anchoring plans for Orange County ** are not correct. Have requested dozens of times for correct anchoring plans. The digital plans they give are tampered with and are not the original stamped digitally signed plans from the engineer.Also, deliverer struck a power line before deliver. Roof was damaged. Promised it would be fixed. 8 months later and I'm still waiting. No response at all.

      We received incorrect measurements from a dealer. We prepared our portable building site according to those incorrect measurements. When the building came to be delivered, all the work we had done for weeks had to be changed and our biggest concern is that over time, due to the blocks no longer being perfectly level, any issues we have inside the building. We bought the biggest possible building 16x40 with steel, spray foam floor, house wrap and insulated windows. We have paid at least 40k to foam insulate, sheetrock, new garage door, electrical, heat, a/c and poly aspartic flooring. We put a lot into this building and when I tried talking about our concerns with the sales **** ***** he was incredibly rude and dismissive. I tried to put in an inquiry to talk to anyone else and that made him actually attempt to do something instead of the initial passing me off to the repair department that later told me I had to talk the rep which is ****. He got us a $300 refund and asked if he should cancel it. I told him that was not enough and asked if he understood our concerns and was ignored. I tried again to be able to talk to anyone other than him and got no response. There is no one to contact, the web inquiries go right to your rep in your area or so it seems because I have gotten no response. How he has talked to me on the phone as well as text messages is terrible and for being repeat customers, I can't believe how they treat people. Our foundation was compromised due to their issues and they just threw out an insignificant amount of money and ignored hoping we just go away. That doesn't begin to cover our wasted time much less fix anything down the road. We praised them countless times until it came to this, I would never go here again and can't recommend ever again.

      We ordered a shed from Premier. Was told 6-8wks. Took 11wks to get here. Overhead door was crooked and paint scraped off. Double doors one is shorter than the other. When adding ramp we measured shed and it was 8in shorter than supposed to be. Called salesman told it was a state rule and he normally remembers to inform people but sorry he must have forgot. He's the one who talked me into a bigger shed for the door. Warranty guy calls I explained door problem and the 8in shortage. His constant comeback "was oh well!" Called the head office and was told the district manager would contact me. That was almost two weeks ago. Haven't heard another words from the salesman. He got his money. We ordered lofts for more storage. With the 8in shortage that means more loss in storage there too. The way the lofts are put in won't be able to put any weight on them at all. Probably won't hold a garden hose. I was told the shortage was listed on their brochure. I never saw a brochure. My son ordered a much smaller shed from this company 3yrs ago. Everything was done over the phone. I haven't felt this ripped off in a long time. The company could care less too. They have their money, we have their c*** and they are done!! Funny thing is I would have moved up to the next size in order to not loose that much storage had I been told about the rule! I dont buy sheds everyday and I'm not familiar with that rule. The repair guy said it's because they don't want to hire a pilot car. So we get screwed there too because they are to cheap!! I guess if all you need is something to store your mower fine otherwise I would keep looking! Explains why they had to offer a 20% discount to sell the things!

      I was told by *** from Premiers home office on the date I filed the complaint with you that he had sent a message to the district manager to get in touch with me. As of today I am still waiting on that phone call. 

      They did send two young men out to do the "repairs" needed.  The doors still do not fit the opening. They don't even line up with the plate on the floor of the door opening. The overhead door was replaced. The gasket is as flimsy as a piece of paper and flop all over the place. The door wasn't lined up with the lock and now the door can not be locked. I know a lock does not stop those who truly wish to get in but it gives the owner a little piece of mind. I have tried repeatedly to call this *** back and at this point feel the calls are being ignored. I asked about the amount of weight the lofts would hold as my husband and son were looking at it more and more and the way its braced really feel it won't hold up much weight at all. We paid extra for the lofts for added storage. First the kid said OH it would probably hold 200lbs, then a couple minutes later said OH maybe 500lbs. So obviously they have no clue how much it will hold. So now we have paid almost $8000 so our things can still sit outside. We have a shed that will never hold up to ******** ******* and ******* wind, snow, rain. This thing will leak no two ways around it. He even said they have been having problems with their overhead doors but they do not know whats going on. Obviously their double doors are an issue too. The original salesman that I have not heard boo from since the first day I called after it was delivered sold me that these sheds were made by the Mennonites who are known for their good craftsmanship. Then their site manager who appears to barely be out of high school if that tells me the sheds are a kit that comes pre cut, they just put them together. They were running a sale when we ordered our shed. The 6-8wks turned into 11wks when delivered. They admitted they got swamped. These things were just slapped together any old way and sent down the road. When I called the salesman well into the 9th week he sent a sternly worded email(his words) to the site manager who apparently is this kid. He was told all our shed needed was the roof put on. We have our reservations and think they hadn't even started on it yet and just slapped it together. I would never ever recommend this company to ANYONE. I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. If we had the money we would just start over with a more reputable company. All this one gives you is excuses and as the site manager says when you bring something up is OH WELL!

      I ordered 2 buildings from premier portable buildings at the end of Feb. They were delivered at the beginning of April. Over the last several months we have had a handful of fairly strong storms. We discovered that our roof leaked, badly. I submitted a warranty claim, as the company provides a 5 year warranty on all of their buildings. They asked for photos of the leak. I did the best I could, but there wasn't really much evidence of the leak. This was due to the wind blowing the rain up between the metal roof and the plywood. I have gone back and forth repeatedly, telling them what the problem is and them demanding proof. They refuse to come out and inspect the building themselves or to come fix it.

      On 05/17/22 a contract was signed with Premier Building for a building to be set on an existing slab. I was informed by the sales representative that everything was workable and a building could easily be placed there. He later decided it would be difficult to bring the pre-built building into the spot and went with constructing it on site for an extra $4,000. The standard size building of 16 x 18 was directly built on the concrete slab 2 months LATER minus a floor (which was supposed to be on it) and attached to the slab directly. The building itself sits directly on the concrete with no plates or platforms to keep it from water. Also since the building has no floor and is attached it is no longer a movable building. This creates a big issue since a permit should have been in place for a permanent building. I am unable to move it to place it up and resolve any of water issues and the walls are already warping out (less than a year old and they guarantee they wont rot) I get no answers from the company or the salesperson other than its not their problem even though several misrepresentations were made. I am at the point now of getting a building expectation done and starting a lawsuit since I am stuck with a building rotting away that cannot even be easily moved as promised, and with a cost of over $14000 that I will be making payments on way past the lifespan of this building itself!!! They are more than welcome to have their building back just give me the money back PLEASE!

      I purchased a building from Premier Portable Building via their local dealer *******************. The building has a warranty. I have a leak in the roof. I followed the instructions to submit a warranty request. No contact from them at all. Then they said send pictures. I did, Then nothing again. The firm has not sent someone to inspect/repair the building. I had two appointments scheduled, and they no-showed twice. I was told by one rep they are simply going to put silicone caulking in the problem areas to stop the leak. Not acceptable because they have not even come to inspect the issue. If they cannot get someone internally to handle the repairs, then I can get someone to do it for them at their cost.

      I WISH THAT I COULD give a -0 for rating, Premier Portable Sheds are completely awful.We purchased a 10x20 back in mid September 2022, in ******** ******* (************) and after it's delivery, we have received rain in the door. Mold at the roofing where it is open unevenly alongside the back of the shed. When the wind is high you hear the tin screaming as though it will take the roof off...super SCARY!!!!I have so many pics of how flawed this shed is ..smh I called several times, no one returned any of them back.So I get only emails, guess my money was only the important factor with premier. I'm simply not worthy of a REPAIR, REPLACEMENT or half of a refund.I am so depressed and saddened at this point..I have major pics of cracked ceiling boards, cracks inside windows, vent has to be closed off because sand and rain comes inside. Floor squeaks.I was told that I needed a vapor barrier and also was asked how was I heating my shed this passed winter, to which I replied propane sometimes and electric heater the other times.I have installation!!! And some drywall but it hasn't prevented any of my issues I WOULD NOT refer them to anyone and at this point will be seeking legal damages for defective rushed and careless poor design.I looked on premier ******** pages and noticed many other mis-leading photos showing no installation, so why do I need it in mines or why are Premier trying to make it seem as though I did anything wrong.I paid CASH AROUND $7000 and I'm simply sad all the time, they should no better. The winds in ******* get up to almost 70 mph, Snow and Rain...and I have gotten in all inside my shed.Premier Portable Sheds, YOU. SHOULD. BE. ASHAMED. OF. YOURSELVES, especially now when economy has effected so many. To take advantage of someone who is less fortunate should also be a crime alone.SIGNED, not happy seeking damages and or counsel...pain and suffering, depression is real.

      They will not stand behind defective materials and craftmanship. I purchased this $3,000 Sif 3 years ago. The back window leaks, the entry door leaks and at one point paint seams at side wall would also let in water until I sealed it. (Door leak caused floor to rot and cave in - they would not repair it because it was "Modified". I painted the floor to protect it.) Floor was made of pressed wood, they call it "Premium" flooring!!! They gave me a run around for 3 months then said, we cannot do any repairs as it is modified.

      In jan 2019 we ordered a shed from a Premier shed dealer. By Feb of 2019 we still had not received our shed as it was delayed. I began contact with Premier buildings at that time. Finally in March we received our shed and discovered it was in fact not only damaged but also manufactured improperly. I then attempted to reach someone at Premier to find out how they planned to rectify the problem, that turned out to be very challenging and eventually I was able to get in contact with someone named ***. He worked with us to get the building replaced with one that was manufactured properly. Of course that meant more delays and inconvenience to us. I was informed that they would be giving us a 20% discount on the building to compensate us for all the time and issues. So they finally brought us our new building and we made the payments on it faithfully evey month. Fast forward to this year 6/2022 when I stopped the payments as at this point according to the discount the building should be paid off. Now the rental company is trying to actually take the shed because according to them Premier never made a new contract with the discount on it. So now after paying on time etc for over 3 years we are at risk of losing our shed because Premier did not draft a new contract. I am filing the complaint because I have tried every way possible to reach out to PRemier so that they can make this right and I have gotten nowhere. I have called, emailed, texted, left message after message with absolutely no response. I need premier to make this right and contact the rental company or pay the $1300 that is left on the old contract.
