Wrong information and format on checks. Customer Service rep told me " it looks ok to me, use the checks and your bank will figure it out, or put in (and pay for) a new order" WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER

I regret that our checks didn’t meet your expectations and that your experience with our customer service team was less than satisfactory. We always strive to provide our customers with exceptional service and products. From my understanding, your complaint is that the checks you received had numbering padded with leading zeros. While you provided **** as your starting number, our numbering machine printed the checks starting with check number ******. Based on the notes in our system, our customer service agent explained that these leading zeros are not significant and your bank will read ****** and **** as the same number. When this answer was not satisfactory, the agent further explained that our numbering machine will always pad the starting number out to six digits on our manual checks; we do not have a way to disable this feature. The agent then offered the option to return the product for a full refund. To better address your concerns, I can email you a prepaid return shipping label for the checks and process a full refund to your credit card once we receive the returned items.
