    I had purchased a sweatshirt on November 24, 2023 from a website called TeamColor HQ based out of Texas for $49.98. It was a Honor The Fallen Veteran Green Bay Packer sweatshirt, order #GDT102-TCHQ300908. I eventually received the sweatshirt and the word Veteran was spelled incorrectly on the front of the sweatshirt and the flag was on the sleeve backwards. After multiple emails to make them aware of the problem and have them replace the sweatshirt, also using their help desk on the website, I finally received a response which they stated my satisfaction is important. They offered me a 20% discount on my next purchase. I am not purchasing anything from this company ever again and they are doing nothing to ever refund me my money. My last email to them was January 18th with no response till this day and you call there phone number and it rings once and goes to a busy signal. I am asking them for a replacement with the correct spelling and if they can't provide that I would like my money back. I have provided emails, receipts and pictures of the product. Thank you !

    Purchased a sweatshirt on 11/27/23 from TeamColorHQ. On 12/1/23, two amounts were charged to my credit card. One was for the purchase, and I have no idea why an additional $1.02 was charged, not a big deal. When I would attempt to track my order, I get a message saying the system cannot locate my order and to contact them. I have tried to call, and the number does not work. I have Emailed the company 4 times and have received no response. The credit card transactions were charged to a NGUYENTHILY on Paypal. It is now 12/7/23, and I have not received the product, nor a response from the company.

    I viewed the item and ordered: Biker Skull Ibuprofen Chapter (Classic T-Shirt XL) on 10 August 2023 as advertised on FACEBOOK. Item ordered same day, paid via BofA account. Total Price: $21.99, Standard Shipping: $4.99, Total Paid: $26.98. Advertised shipping for receipt: 10-15 business days. Order Number: TCHQ170100, Tracking Number: YT2323021236027561, Carrier: Yun Express Countless times I have tracked order, each time, response: Transit. I attempted call: 1-888-609-5234, response is busy signal (most likely disconnected). Latest call placed on November 29, 2023 @1115am CST. Sent letter (September 8, 2023) to company: 2438 Industrial Blvd, Nbr: 568, Abilene, Texas 79605. I also sent cc letter to Facebook Corporate Office *** Jefferson Dr. Bldg: ** ***** **** ** ***** To date, 29 November 2023, I have yet to receive item ordered, paid in full.

    On Oct. 28 I made a $49.08 and received a confirmation e-mail of the order followed by a tracking e-mail on Nov. 8. Since Nov. 8, it has been stalled at a facility in Jamaica, NY and the tracking update continually states that USPS is awaiting receipt of the package to provide a delivery date. I've attempted to e-mail and call the company however the phone number listed on the webpage doesn't work 888.609.5234 and the company does not answer e-mails nor messages sent through their direct portal. The webpage is: https://teamcolorhq.com/. My desired outcome is delivery of the package however a refund may be the likely desired outcome if this goes on much longer.

    9/14/2023 placed an order for 2 hats total cost $62.50. They took from my credit card on 9/15/2023 Said it would be 7 to 15 days to ship. Can not get ahold of them and they will not answer my emails 3 sent over the past 2=weeks. My card shows it was processed through Du0TChq-Wilmington delaware 19801
