      My Range Rover was over heating and I called for them to check it. I should have know the ******* had no idea what he was doing when he couldnt figure out how to open the hood. He played around for a while and sent me a quote for ****. I wanted a second opinion and when both said it was the coolant tank and other minor issues I Went with Dallas mobile mechanics ******* called and harassed me six times to make a decision. I told him I was going with him and he sent me a different quote saying he missed something. Came out so now be ****. He said before he could work I had to pay so I paid the money he took the car part put it back together. And turned off all The dashboard lights. Being that its a computer sized car if you drive it for five minutes, the lights will come back on on the highway, As well as parts were falling off of the car when driving. It started overheating again, but this time the coolant light came on the overheating light came on. The engine light came on, and every other thing I called in and the owner explained they missed a part. And it was coming in and they would put it on. I explained that he didnt tighten pieces and they all fell off. Our responded with will get that fixed for you. They both blocked me and I never heard anything else from them. Took the card to Range Rover and found out, he actually messed the car up beyond repair and left tools by the engine. So I lost my range rover I could not afford to fix what he had already fixed plus the problem that actually needed to be fixed when I reached out to Dallas mobile mechanics Through another number the owner hung up on me. When I reached out to *******, he threatened me and told me he was a third generation killer through text. I cant get my car back and the police told me they couldnt do anything about it, so I was out of luck. As a female living in Dallas by myself threats like that scared me and I decided not to pursue anything further, until I moved from my previous location.

      His company was serving my vehicle and when they started on the vehicle is was running just fine but had a slight shake in the front end. The mechanic came to the house to fix the vehicle on or around Dec 17th 2023 but he couldn't finish and I told him he had to because my HOA wouldn't allow thr vehicle to sit out there broken down like it was. He said he had to take the vehicle to his place to finish it and it was towed to **** ********* ** ****** ** *****. They had my vehicle from around Dec 17th 2023 until March 13th 2023 and now the vehicle doesn't run at all. I spent 1853.26 dollar with them and I have the receipt. Plus an additional 174.00 for a battery and they refuse to give me the receipt for the battery but I can show where I Zelle them the money. The owner of the business Alphonso W***** stopped taking my calls once he knew the vehicle couldn't be fixed because of their negligence.

      I hired the company to fix a driver side mirror on My Nissan Rogue Sport. I paid them for the part and they would receive the rest of funds after completing service over a month passed and they had not answered the phone or responded to messages. When final reached schedule a appt time to come out didn't show up. After several more attempts to reach, they finally answer and stated that part came broken and they had to re-order the part. I canceled the service and requested a refund. I have yet to receive the refund I was supposed to receive it by 11/30/22 according to the owner. When attempting to reach out again no answer or call backs or responds to texts
