I would love to give them a zero but it makes you choose a star. I called to get my check engine light fixed. I already knew what the issue was as I already eliminated the other possible issues the code was giving. So I found these people on FB and he quoted $65 for diagnosis and that would be added to the fee if I chose repair. The mechanic who came late for my appt looked at the car said he was given no information other than the code that I told the car was giving. I told him I knew it definitely was the *** valve and all of it needed to be replaced. The valve consists of the hose and three valves. The mechanic agreed and immediately took my car apart. Priced the parts and then quoted $308 of course not deducting the diagnosis. I just agreed because I needed my car fixed as I now use it for work since I lost my job. I spent a portion of my rent money for this because I needed the car to run no issues and the price was more than I was expecting. So mechanic leaves to get parts 2pm. Hours go by and he still hasnt got back. He finally texts me and says he has a parole class he had to take and would come afterwards. He finally gets back its 10pm! He starts the work but only replaced 2 valves and says the 3rd is just for show and is not needed. Then he breaks my hose then just tapes it up. He didnt even put the valves securely in bec it was not fitting snug like it should. He cleaned my turbo, hoses, and injectors bec they were filled with dirty oil. Takes the neg terminal off to clear the light bec he didnt have a code reader. He didnt even put my original hose clamp back on. He leaves and when I get back in my car the check engine light is back on! I sent an email to the company they responded apologized and said they would speak to their technician and get back to me. Its been 2 days now and no response after multiple calls and messages. Ghosted. I either want them to fix what they didnt or just give me my money back. Their contractor ******* did a good job with a radiator, ** condenser and compressor replacement for me in my Dodge Durango. Unfortunately, a new issue with the ** revealed itself once the condenser and compressor were replaced which is where my nightmare began. ****** correctly diagnosed the issue as an actuator problem and recommended we replace both since it was labor intensive. We agreed, but when the work was done the ** was still not operating correctly. ******* said we needed a new resistor and blower motor, so we agreed to that. Once that work was completed, the ** system was still exhibiting the same symptoms as it was before the resistor and blower motor were replaced. ******* said he would research and get back to us. After waiting a few days with no response we took the car for a second opinion. They told us the issue was the wrong actuators were installed and said we only needed one actuator replaced and the factory resistor and blower motor were not bad and never should have been replaced. We paid them to undo the work ******* did and replace the one bad actuator. Thankfully we were able to return the parts ******* used because we had paid for them ourselves. I reached out to ******* and the main office to request a refund for the labor on the incorrect actuator and for the unnecessary replacement of the resistor and blower motor. I provided documentation to prove the claim to both ******* and the main office. The office told me I had to work with ******* directly since he is an independent contractor and I paid him directly for the labor. They said if he did not resolve my issue they "would take care of it." Well, ******* will not respond to my repeated requests for the money back and now the office will not respond either. I believe I am owed a $434 refund and no one is willing to make it right. Their contractor made several mistakes with the repairs on my car and evidently they do not stand behind the work their employees/contractors complete.Review from Ms T

I had 2 different appointments scheduled with this company. Time slot confirmed and then suddenly they have a appointment change, and no response. Calling this company is a waste of time. Leaving a voice-mail is pointless as well. For the couple things that the mechanics showed up for, the service was quick and I haven't had any problems. The poor customer **********************, lack of resonses to inquiries, the disrespect for my time and no show appointment times makes this business a bit sketchy. The pricing was decent but be careful in confirming the price because this company will quote you a price and then try to change it before arrival. I'm sure there are other options for mobile mechanics in the ***. Be sure to find someone certified, courteous and reliable. If I could give a zero, I would. I was given three estimates prior to working with these guys for suspension issues from Chrisitian Brothers. I was finally able to get the repairs done this week with Dallas Mobile Mechanics. Turns out my car is worse off than it was prior to getting the services done with Dallas Mobile Mechanics. First the job was only supposed to take four hours tops, then apparently Christopher the mechanic picked up the wrong major part and I had to wait for his return. Long story short on this end Christopher did not finish the job until nearly 9:00 p.m. after arriving at 9:30 a.m. My car is now swaying from one side to the other on the front end. I let Al know the problem that I was having. He went on to say that he could have someone come out and look at it but it would be $85.00 for the service call, after telling me $65.00 for service calls. I explained to him that I did not have this issue with the car prior to his guy working on it. I emailed, texted and even called - I got text and emails messages not even addressing the issues at hand. Finally, I was told on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, that I would have a mechanic out to look at my car by this morning. He told me that he would contact me on Thursday, the 16th, never happened. After waiting half a day for him to respond, I finally decided to email him. Still no response. I texted him this morning letting him know that I have unanswered emails, and that I did not have a good feeling about working with him. His response today, "Sir, we cannot meet you demand. I understand if you choose to take your business elsewhere." After over $1300.00 in repairs, I expect a better response from him than that. Now my car is at Firestone and I am waiting to see what the outcome from that will be. Nothing good will come to him for doing customers like this. Terrible mechanic! Overcharged and didn't fix the problem. We asked them to come back and fix it they said they would then pulled 2 no shows then said they got the days mixed up. Car is still broken going on day 10 and they stopped answering calls.Dallas Mobile Mechanic Service Response

We contacted the customer Tuesday 2/28/2023 @ 11:23AM for the technician to come out to resolve the issue however after texting and calling the customer we received no response. The customer is aware that our policy is contact the customer prior to showing up in case the customer had any last minute changes. Furthermore we have not received any text messages nor calls from the customer and have records of all communication including today. The customer simply stopped communicating.Review from Darlene D

I hired ******* to repair an oil leak on my vehicle after original repair and inspection, he stated I need thermostat, pulley, oil gasket, water pump, all sorts of hoes and fuses. The total Bill was $2300. ******* left my car jacked up with the hood up and returned 2 weeks later to complete repairs and then advised I needed a radiator. ******* left oil and parts all over my garage and left my car jacked up again. Due to the car now having a thermostat warning and overheating which it did not due prior to him working on it. ******* returned after about 2 weeks installed radiator and then stated the radiator must have been bad since problem wasn't fixed. ******* left my car jacked up and stated he would order new part and return by this time were into Septemeber at about $3000 $1500 in rental fees and he advised they ordered the wrong replacement part and re-ordered correct part. I spoke with owner or whomever answers the phone and he advised me part was to be delivered and ******* would install on I started inquiring on Sep 6th and on September 16th i got a response he would be at my home between 1-4. Well no one showed the owner blocked my number and ******* responded he has other jobs and it would probably be the following week. I asked if he could refund a portion of my $ for services, downtime and part since my car was missing a radiator. His response was thats a negative. He ended up sending me back $210 left my car jacked up in the garage with parts missing and I havent heard anything elseReview from Tamara B

Worse mechanics ever. Made my problem worse! Austin changed out the starter, and now, the check engine light is on. Took it to O'Reilly's to see what code is for. Scanner showed 16 codes!!!! Worker there couldn't believe what he was seeing. He asked what in the world did the mechanic do. I've never been soo embarrassed in my life. He advised me to go straight home and not drive my car until it's properly fixed. I've tried and tried to call Alphonso and Austin, but, neither are answering their phones. Stay away from this place! I've learned the hard way! Don't be another victim.
