If I can I leave 0 stars terrible service,rude. The supervisor **** one started yelling and squirming at me. Only when the she answered, they immediately didn't let me say anything and decided that bill was right. I talked to her twice and she began to cheat and say that she had not said such a thing before. **** even didnt give me say about what happened. I changed 7 states, but for some reason such problems with troubles in *******, this is my second apartment here and again problem with bills, $91 only for sewer??? ?? Common. Staying away from Minol Update my review:There is still a fight about who is responsible for the meter, today I received a reply from my manager that you should contact Minol again. I called, and tried explained the whole situation. **** again did not let me say anything, again they are not responsible for the bills, although the counter says Minol, and my manager said that they do not count our bills. But most of all was the surprise when **** began to blackmail me and say that until I delete my review she will not talk to me?? And why should I delete it, how do they help me? What when you want to explain that the bill is not correct, that according to the account it looks so that we use more hot water than cold water, that the water heating came to hot water. What is not true is that she talks rudely and does not give anything to say. Why should I delete the review?????? Every time you talk to ****, she shuts your mouth??? No need to blackmail meMinol USA

My entire household left for over a month and we still received a $300 bill from Minol. When we called they proceeded to tell us this is how much water and sewer we used. How do you use water and sewer in one country when you are in another? This is a clear indication that the Minol company are criminals and are stealing from everyone they serve. They should not be in business.Minol USA

I am being charged by Minol twice - once through detailed charges through rent and second through Minols account who then sends it to the apartment complex.Minol USA

Spoke to 2 separate individuals about information on the Minol customer portal that is misleading as it relates to rebates for energy efficient customers in military housing where Minol is the third party billing agent. The first agent was rude and dismissive and cut me off when I was asking questions about the documents in the *** section of the customer portal. She transferred me to the manager with whom I had to leave a message. Manager called me back and was accusatory and defensive about my statement that I felt the first agent was rude and abrupt and cut me off. She eventually admitted that the information on the Minol customer portal may be outdated and not relevant because of changes to the implementation of the program, but insisted it is appropriate for them to have dated documents and details for customers that conflicts with actual practices. Very unpleasant interaction and not a company I would ever choose to do business with.Minol USA

Tank you for the opportunity to review your concern. We apologize for any poor customer service you feel you received. ********************** strives to provide every resident with great customer service as well as an answer to their inquiry. In regards to the information viewed in the customer portal, the utility program at ********** is a DoD mandated program. It was suspended and is currently in review by the DoD. Minol does not set the guidelines for this program. We ************* usage data for the homes, apply the baseline and mail statements as required for the program. The data on the web has remained as we have been in anticipation of the new program. However, the new guideline program approval has stalled and no progress has been made by the DoD.The documents on the *** page are still good documents and will remain until Minol has a a different guideline/program provided by the DoD. Most of the documents are geared towards conservation which should be the ultimate goal of any resident. The only difference is that now residents are not in live billing so they are not paying or receiving rebates. The program is in Mock status. The basic information on how the program works is still accurate.Review fromSuzanne G

1 starFor months, I was just informed that my account was being billed x number of dollars under my autopay. I was never informed by the company that my autopay wasn't going through because the credit card I had on file with them had expired. There is a large pink box on the bill for important messages, you would think an expired credit card would fall in this category but instead the box remained blank for months. When I had accessed the bill just to print out as a confirmation of my address for a local beach pass, I noticed multiple late fees but NOT one indication that my credit card had expired. After holding on a phone queue for a long duration, a very unprofessional manager, ****************, was screaming in the background at the poor rep who was trying his best to be polite. He said that she had told him that they could only remover one five dollar late fee. Whenever a credit card for auto pat has expired with a company, the customer is typically notified so they can update their cc information. This company does no such thing. They insisted they emailed me in this regard but that was not the case. Also, how is it that **************** insists I should take up the other Minol late fees with my building? Minol, not my building, issued these fees. Smells like skunk. I will go to my building manager and suggest they cancel their affiliation with Minol.Review fromGlady P

So we just moved in in an apartment, but we haven't resided the apartment for 6 weeks since we took our vacation out of country. When we got back I received a bill for our first month and it was almost $200. How did they get this numbers if no one was home and we were out of town for the whole period. I have proofs of not being in the country and planning to file a lawsuit. This is a scam company.Minol USA

The initial bill with Minol Texas immediately included a $10 late fee, that I had to argue about. They did credit the late fee, but charged a flat fee of $10.00 for 2 days of trash service. Now, I changed apartments and rather than simply changing the apartment number on the account, they closed the account and reopened a new one in order to charge a new account fee AGAIN (only 3 months later)! I am also assuming that they will charge another flat fee for another 2 days of service AGAIN! Customer service claims they will escalate the issue to a manager and they will call back.Minol USA

Thank you for allowing Minol time to research your concerns. However, we have more than one resident with the name of ********* ****** in customer accounts. Could you please email Mr. Bill *****, Multifamily Billing Director at ******@minolusa.com with your property name and account number so that he may assist you. For informative purposes, Minol is a third party billing agent and must bill resident fees as outlined in the lease agreement. Any waiver of fees must be approved by the property management, but Mr. ***** can assist you with this.Review fromJordan S

I realized that in May of this year that were in the negative for our bill which meant we would get refunded the money. We were told before that Minol would deposit it into our account if it was under $15 and if it was above it would come in the mail as a check with out statement. I emailed them in May and got a vague response and then no clarification after asking. And then I went through my old mail from them and bank account a realized they have not paid us back the rebate since November of 2021 roughly. When I asked in the email, I got a vague response and no clarification again. I don't understand why we are not getting the rebate payments anymore and why weren't told about it. I really would like a check of all the months Minol USA did not pay us the rebate.Minol USA

So like I moved into my new apartment last year November 2021. I didn't received any billing until this year. I believe it was around February or March. And it's around $90.00. And then the next month after that I received another one and it's over a hundred. Like how is that possible?! And I haven't make any payments because at first I tried paying online but then it won't let me. And after i got my second billing which is over a hundred, I'm like ain't no way this is correct. It's look so suspicious and so I don't do anything. And now my bills is over $400.00. Please double check everything cuz the math ain't adding up right!Minol USA

Thank you for allowing Minol to research your concern. During the pandemic the many property Owners made the decision not to bill residents for utilities. The Owners decided to follow the orders issued by the governor of the state for utility providers, even though it did not specifically address landlords. Once those pauses were lifted Owners began billing utilities. If you do not pay a billing statement the amount accrues with every billing statement, which is most likely why your statement says the balance is over $400.00. that amount is not reflective of how your bills are calculated. To receive a more detail description on how your bills are calculated please reach out to ***************@minolusa.com. Thank you and we look forward to assisting you further.Review fromErika C

Minol USA has double charged us for their monthly fees. We paid 2 weeks in advance, and they processed payment. They failed to post the payment, and continue to charge us. They now indicate they will be taking action for non-payment. COMPLETELY unacceptable. This is their error, their lack of business acumen, and their lack of professionalism. We have called, emailed (daily), provided excellent documentation in the form of cancelled checks. They refuse to respond or acknowledge receipt. We will also be posting a similar review via Google, to ensure additional awareness. This is in hope that others are aware of their terrible and unprofessional service, and elect to go elsewhere.Minol USA

Thank you for the opportunity to research your concern. Reviewing your account it does not appear that you were billed twice for admin fees.
Statement 1/31/22 - $34.91 utility and $3.30 admin fee = $38.21;
Statement 2/27/22: $63.37 utility and $3.30 admin fee = $66.67;
Statement 3/24/22 - $89.15 utility and $3.30 admin fee = $92.46;
Statement 5/11/22 - $59.15 utility and $3.30 admin fee = $62.45; and
Statement 6/7/22 - $56.16 utility and $3.30 admin fee = $118.61 (part of this is a carryover balance of $62.45 and a late fee).
In regards to payments we have received
$38.21 on February 2nd;
$66.66 on March 16th; and
$92.46 on April 6th.
We have requested accounting to do an audit to ensure no payments were missed. If you could provide the date and payment method to ******@minolusa.com that will assist in the process. Thank you.
