I was lied to by the sales representative at Regus who put me into an annual contract when I was clear i needed a monthly contract. I have a detailed report of our conversation attached. Regus was unwilling to discuss a solution with me so i am seeking assistance to (i) get February payment reimbursed and (ii) terminate the contract. This is for an office lease signed by my wife ************** that is on my credit card.

I was shocked to discover that I have been billed $916.25 from Regus for services that should have ceased years ago. Upon further investigation, I found that the root cause of this issue lies with Regus's new automatic billing system. It has come to my attention that there was an error within this system, specifically in deleting my credit card file. This error led to the continuation of charges on my account long after they should have ceased. Regus continued to bill me and now I'm receiving collection notices.

I contacted a company online in regards to locating ****** space on February 2, 2024. And I was responded with the option of securing a downtown ****** space with Regus for $680 per month. I told the salesman since I had already paid my virtual ****** space with Alliance for the month of February that I would not be able to take on the lease until February 15th, 2024. He states that was fine that they would prorate for February. I agreed and to show good faith, I signed the agreement think it would be dated to start procession on the 15th and because the agreement was dated for the 2nd; Regus stated that they could charge me for the entire month, I was suppose to only pay $60 for setup and 2 months Retainer of $1360 and So I expected to pay $340 for prorated Feb. $1360 for retainer and $60 for setup fee; only to get an invoice for the full amount of Feb $680 for Feb. plus the additional charges for a total of $3800+ dollars. Which included the Month of March. When I signed the agreement I signed it in good faith that I would take procession of the ****** on the 15th because I had already given my notice to Alliance and I needed to take on a space due to Tax Season and did not want to lose any clients due to the lack thereof. I was and have been manipulated, threatened and harassed from the time that I declined to move forward with the agreement. I have never taken procession of the ******. I only know of the address of ************************* which is the entire floor; as far as I know I do not have an ****** number, no IT services has been set up, I have no keys to ****** and I am being threaten with being reported to the bureau and that I would be sued for the entire $17,000 for the amount of the lease. I have paid no money towards this lease, however I did purchase a virtual ****** plus package just so I could have somewhere for my mail to be delivered and I have been manipulated on that charge as well. Threaten again that my services would be suspended.

I I signed an agreement with Regus to lease an office space at their ************* location. Before signing the contract, I made it clear to **************, their sales manager, that I needed the office space solely for using its address to register my company with the federal government. I explained that my registration would be rejected if the address of my company was considered a shared office space. ************** assured me that the address of the office I was leasing would not be considered a shared office space. However, my registration with the ****************** failed because the address of Regus, ********************************************************, was registered with **** as a shared office space. Moreover, even though our agreement stated that the use of office refreshments was included in my lease, their office manager asked me to pay for the service, claiming that it was not included in the rent.Due to the issues with registration and the false statement made by their sales manager, I have not been able to use the office. I requested Regus to cancel the lease, but a customer service representative contacted me only after a few months to investigate, but they had difficulty understanding my complaint. The representative claimed that Regus was not responsible for other companys websites and closed the case.I am requesting Regus to void the agreement I have signed with them due to the false statement made by their representative.

I have signed an agreement to rent an office space from Regus. During the agreement process, they promised to provide me with several amenities such as a free phone and phone number, free internet, and free Global Lounge membership. However, when I visited the location, I found out that these promised amenities were not included in the agreement, and I was asked to pay for them separately. Despite this, I have paid the rent for the past six months without using the office, hoping for a resolution from Regus. I have asked them to cancel the lease due to false promises, but they have not accepted it yet. I am still waiting for a resolution.
I am requesting Regus to cancel The agreement immediately.

I contacted the company to cancel my virtual office on 1/29/24, after receiving an email that I can contact them within 10 days to make a change which I did. I am still being charged $59 monthly until 2/2025 and they will not cancel. It was never disclosed that you cannot terminate and stop being charged.

I entered into a Month to Month contract with Regus/Spaceworks/Spaces in June 13,2023. I paid 2 months deposit, an administrative fee, and prorated lease bill for the month. I continued to pay my office lease for the next 3 months. In September, they lost their contract within the building and at short notice told us to move into another building of theirs or cancel service. I opted to cancel service and picked up my things at the next building of theirs. I was assured by management that my 2 months deposit will sent back to me. Each month since then I have been personally following up with them to which they mentioned. They made a mistake a put my information under "luthercpa" in the system. There process is sending a request for refund but the managers and workers there have not put in the refund, sent a check or anything. My proof attached to this email. I have been VERY patient with them and that is why I am seeking legal action. Parties involved include: ******************************* <******************************************************>, ********************************* <****************************************************>, ******************* <******************************************> Meci H.*************), ******************* My deposit was ****** + 2 = ****** I would a refund of $****** and an explanation of why their process was convoluted with inconvenience.

After Christmas of 2023, I reached out to Regus in ****** ************ to investigate renting a room from them as a counsellor. I wanted a consistent room to use with my clients as my business was growing. I went to downtown ****** and had a tour of the facility. I wanted a membership for my own office space. Early in January I received an invoice for a co-working membership. I did not want this as it means sharing space with others and clearly I need confidential space for my clients. I made numerous phone calls to the office in downtown ******, and they kept telling me they would "look into it". Fast forward to today. I am still getting invoices from Regus wanting their money. Stating they will punish me for not paying the outstanding balance. To be clear, I have NEVER used this facility, NEVER signed a contract, and NEVER wanted a co-working membership. I do not want this to effect my credit or credit score.

This company auto renewed us and is now forcing us to pay for an office in a town where we are no longer even at. When they sent the renewal notice we immediately notified them that we did not want to renew. They told me to go to a website I did not have access to. They told us to send them and email and they would terminate the contract. We did that and they still did not let us out. The area managers will not respond to emails and attempts to contact them. Extremely shady business!!
