  This place is horrible. They send you across town to the worst places. i literally seen needles and people smoking crack at these establishments. you will get a whole lot of nothing from any of the places they send you to. An absolute joke and there is no guidance along the way only from the young ladies at the establishments that aren't responsible for explaining everything. It's like a feeding trough for cows but instead recently wrecked individuals so G&M can make money from others suffering. They are all in cahoots together. No regard to the client at all.

  The worst Law firm I have ever worked with. Run from this company please do your research before signing up with them Please because once you sign they think they have you. But you can always fire them remember! My accident was in February 2023 and here it is December and they won't answer the phone, emails nothing. I hate that I signed up with them. From the first week I knew I should have ran, they were so unprofessional I paid for my accident report and emailed them it, then without me knowing they changed my case worker and stop answering the phone and now the negotiator "*********************" won't answer the phone at all. It's so sad and disappointing what this firm is doing to people and they need to be held accountable for there actions. We need to stop there advertising and marketing because they are not for the people but GREED. If you can't handle the work Do Not take the case Period! So it's a NO Stars for me!!!!

Communication is key and I apologized for the delay in contacting her. We spoke about the status of case and next steps. All her questions were answered, and she was given my cell phone in case she any further questions or issues.

  I think that it's best for me to keep this review professional, in other words without emotion and vulgarity. One of five starts is obviously, why I started this review as such. Run from away from this firm as far as you can. I am not one to write reviews. I always give companies and people the benefit of the doubt. But, I only have so much ***** and patience to give. If anyone has ever played Monopoly, you'll know what I mean when I say, go straight to jail, do not pass go! In other words, you might as well represent yourself, do much better. Even after the individual and the individual insurance company admitted fault of being wrong for hitting me on March 22,2023, Godsey dragged it's feet with timely providing me with the therapy I required; the therapy that fit into my schedule.***********************, who was my case manager was extremely horrible with effective, timely communication. It was though I was the attorney and she was the client. This person would go days without responding to my texts and calls. Despite, m keeping her fully aware of my situation at all times. Just simply texting back to say, I received your concern, allow me to work on it, or I received your text, let me look into it for you, went on for days at times. This right off, was clearly unwise on Godsey's part. In law consistent medical, and therapeutic treatment improves outcomes in all cases, not just personal injury case. Godsey deprived me of the benefit, so much that I had to request a drop letter from them. Many times other attorneys may be skeptical to accommodate you when you have received a drop letter from another law firm. In my case, like the communication break down experience I had with Godsey, my new attorney experienced that same thing when they requested my records from Godsey; God tried to avoid communicating with them, and sending the requested records of my case.*****************************

  I was involved in a Pedestrian accident in which I was the Pesdestrian. They person who hit me already accepted fault for everything. I went to all my appointments and here I am almost a full year later since the accident waiting for one bill to be taken care all. All of the medical bills have been paid except 1 and for some odd reason, its taking forever to be handled and processed. Weve been waiting on 1 Medical bill to be paid and processed for months. It sounds like some negligence is taking place. Ive had to drain my Savings Account to help support me after my accident since I couldnt work for a while. Not to mention when I did get better, my job only had me working 1 day a week and eventually let me go all together. . Had I known it would have been this long and drawn out to process a few medical bills with this Law Firm, I would have went with another Firm.

  Attorney ************************* convinced me to pursue litigation with my Insurance under my under insured Motors policy from an not at fault auto accident in April 2022. I have been calling the **************** and staff multiple times and no response. When attempt to speak with my ***************** they will not discuss details of claim due to legal representation. 2 weeks ago I repeatedly called and finally reached a lady in who in returned told me that my case was on hold until I was able to produce documents from rental company in which I under the impression that was their job to retrieve. Did the leg work my owners and called and left messages for **************************** and Allodria C*** with information and yet again no response. I was released by pain management Dr in July *************************** late August 2022 from ********************* is they will be going into negotiations and they will reach out to me with a settlement agreement. Here it is 5 Mos later and still no response from legal representation and I cannot deal with my insurance company on this claim since this firm was obtained. This is the most non caring, non professional and down right low down Attorney...... I will be inquiring into possible litigation with this company....... Legal representation is not what I have received but rather been made to feel that this was a scam from the start.
