On 5/15/24, I was told by a friend to go to the seminar for PHP, but didnt tell me much about the company. I went, signed up, and paid the $199 because I thought I would be selling life insurance. After attending orientation and doing more research on the company, I then realized I had signed up for a pyramid MLM scheme. There is no selling of life insurance and they only want you to recruit more unsuspecting people to join. I was lied to at every point in the process or talked in such a circle whenever I asked questions about what the job entailed.

I was first contacted in Linkedin by an Agent from PHP Agency. The first thing I notice that was suspicious was the fact they wanted to meet in person in second message we interact. I asked for a zoom meeting instead. At the end of the presentation everything happened so fast, I ended up paying for a 199$ course Im not even able to take, since the agent did not give me my numbers. I discover this was a pyramidal business, and I will be having to pay more and more in order to get what they promise. I would like to end my relationship with the ************ I make this payment on May 8th.Business response

I was told about this agency from my mom, which she met these people from a friend. My mom got her insurances through national life group and she got one for my dad and my little brother as well. I was told to hear out the agent, I was a suspicious at first because they told my mom that working for them was better than the job I have right now, which is at the bank. I made time to meet with this agent and she went over the national life groups insurances by so fast and then proceeded to ask me if I was interested in making quick cash and that I just had to become an agent myself and in order for me to do that, she would need a down payment of 200. After that she asked for my card and then told me I was accepted. Right after she told me I need to recruit people. My mom was with me at the time so she said I can just put my mom down and I would need 4 more people to move up. She went ahead and charged me 200 more for my mom. Which I didnt agree to. I went ahead and canceled all my insurance through them and when I did so, the agent did come at me so unprofessional. I would like to terminate my relationship with the company and my agent number deactivated and a refund for my agent fee.Business response

A friend of mine recommended me to go to a seminar, he didnt tell me any details etc. I get there and I paid the ****** immediately not knowing it was a pyramid mlm scheme until I got home. I dont have an code or login or anything they were gonna give me all the materials this week at orientation but Im not interested after finding out how the company operates I will not be going to orientation I dont have any materials have received anything and I want a refund asap please I was pressured to pay not knowing the facts thank god I didnt get any information or materials and i just paid yesterday. I felt like I was pushed/forced into payment and didnt feel completely comfortable with how quickly they wanted me to put money down when I said my current funds were allocated towards things needed to live daily life. This is a Pyramid Scheme. Today I went to the location for the *** event and I was lead into a lecture presented by someone who allegedly makes 6 figures. After the lecture he gave us a board with information to provide about us and an individual came and took me aside to process me through being recruited. This was my first suspicion bc he didnt even give me a choice and asked for my Drivers license and Debit Card. After he lead me to a room with a bunch of formally dressed individuals listening to a guest speaker. After they told me to recruit a person right there and then go get invited to a mansion. I called my friend but she was suspicious about everything and I ended up paying 200 more dollars to go to the mansion. I want my money back today. All 400 dollars NOW. My PHP agency code is I ******, access code: ***3003030, email I used was ***************************** I just want a refund as soon as possible because it all happened so fast and I didnt even get a chance to think. I made a decision to join the company. Paid $199 or the agent portal. You soon realize with PHP that their focus is not making sure their agents are knowledgeable and aware of the products they sale or even trained to do so. They flash wealth in your face.
