In June 2021, I hired Geo Van Lines to ship some furniture and boxes from my mother's estate to a family member in PA. I checked in with Geo several times but the items were not shipped until October. The items were on a truck in storage for that entire time. One issue after another. When the driver got to PA to deliver, he made my sister meet him in a parking lot with a rented van instead of driving the items to her home. Many large moving trucks have delivered to her neighbors. This driver was inexperienced. He required her to pay him a cash tip prior to unloading and then charged her another $100 for moving blankets that we would not have needed had he delivered to the proper address. The driver started pulling out random pieces that were not part of my order. He had no idea what was to be delivered. There appeared to be no packing slip, no list of items. The two boxes with antiques and family memorabilia where not delivered to her. I called the driver and asked him to return with the two boxes and he rudely refused. One box was delivered to a home in Massachusetts; the other is lost. After many calls and emails to the only person who answers the phone at Geo (Shannon), I found out who had the MA box. I was assured it would be sent when the manager paid for a UPS packing label. I got tired of waiting and paid $150 to have the box shipped myself. The other box is still missing. Shannon thought it was in a storage unit that received many boxes but no one was available to check on them until January which came and went without any findings. No one at this company cares if your belongings get where you intend or in what condition they arrive. It does not matter that they are shipping heirlooms that cannot be replaced. In speaking with others about similar issues here, I discovered someone was missing an urn with her husbands ashes. GEO VAN LINES does not care, nor do they try to make things right. They take your money, but do not deliver your belongings.Initial Complaint

This place picked up my goods in Harker heights, TX. They also picked up someone else's goods in the same area. I had to pay more than the quote, and couldn't get anyone to talk to me about it. They called in a Sunday wanting to deliver Monday, and told me I needed postal money orders that I couldn't get until 9am the next morning. AND I had to pay extra at the last mi it because he had to use a smaller truck to get onto my street. Driver was horrendous. On top of that, I have the other woman's boxes. 12 of them. Including her husbands urn. They refuse to answer calls or emails. They also don't know where this other woman's remaining boxes are. Wont respond to her either. So, I paid extra for the cubic feet of her boxes, and I have been storing her boxes and deceased husband for 2 months. They are FULLY aware of the situation, and have been since 2 days after deliver.Initial Complaint

I hired them to transport my furniture. I paid them over $3500. It took a long period of time to receive my furniture. They also have 150 of my items that need to be delivered to me asap. They can not give me a date of when they will drop them off. It is a lot of personal items that I do not have.
