Unless you have nowhere else to go and no other establishment will suite your needs... DO NOT LIVE HERE! We moved into this apartment in December 2023. Within the first week, we observed that the black mold we were assured was merely dirt residue was present in various areas, including the dishwasher, under toilet back covers, floorboards, and on top of the cabinets. It took three months to receive a new dishwasher, as the mold had rotted the bottom blade and caused leaks that damaged two of our storage dressers. When the dishwasher was replaced, other issues, such as cracks in the walls and ceiling from water damage leaking from upstairs into the bathroom, were merely scraped and painted over.We contacted management, who assured us via email, their preferred communication method, that these issues would be addressed. However, over 60 days later, no action had been taken. We then reached out to the regional office to request a release from our lease due to the new managements failure to create new leases, address issues promptly, falsify information in the portal, and change lease stipulations without resident approval. Additionally, they deactivated all old access portals after modifying information, stating that the changes had always been in place.Living here has been a challenging experience, but we have faith that justice will prevail. This apartment complex is not suitable for families with children due to its corrupt, shady, and faulty management practices.Review from Sherrisa R

It's been a month that I have lived here and the pool is nasty and green, the place wasn't move in ready with black mold, and tons of broken stuff. The maintenance crew rides the clock and hardly does repairs, and manager never steps foot out of the office unless it's to leave for lunch for 2 hours or go home early. No wonder the property is so neglected. Dirty diapers are on the ground by walkways and trash never gets picked up around d the property.Review from Ellie B

Our initial interactions with the staff and the move in process was wonderful and gave us high hopes but now they have over charged us on rent our utilities are crazy high and we have not be able to contact anyone to adress our concerns in almost two weeks even after entering the office and having the office staff send up an email for us!Review from Rustin C

This company took advantage of my wife not speaking very good English when signing a lease contract and added in all kinds of addendums and extras. They claim its standard but if it is that just means their contract boarders on thievery.Review from LACHRISTOL W

Unfortunately Im stuck in a YEAR LEASE , I have called a lawyer and they stated because the conditions are not putting my health at risk we can not break the lease legally.First Red Flag my family and I moved in the end of 08/23 we signed a lease back in may or June. During that time we were only sent our lease to move in with a Move -in fee of like $500.Now fast forward to getting the keys move in day . The **************** asked me on the day of move -in did I get my move-in email? Im like no He sends it and it states we need to pay $3,000 and some change] before moves-in. So of course due to inflation I Only had the $500 . Yes they did accommodate do to the negligence.Thought it was unprofessional but they accommodated and we moved on.Outside looked a mess there were wild ****** growing everywhere bike rack with grass growing over bikes. Also the bike all had flat tires like no one has ridden them. Side walk with gapping holes with spray painted circles around them you would think it means theyre going to fix them but no there there to alert you not to step on them.Dog p*** from sidewalk to anywhere you step, never any dog bags in the compartments. Inside the apartment the floors had holes that connect between walls , old nylon floors in the bathrooms. Refrigerator is not a standard size fridge its way smaller can only fit a carton milk. When given concerns and maintenance request the unprofessional property manager stated they would not fix the issues there was nothing they could do. I came from apartments ******** Place please look them up. I only moved because they had no patio.I have emails for my complaints sent to Corporate and no reply from anyone ! ITS GHETTO FAR FROM LUXURY. Recently have put in maintenance request for new things again they were not fixed they get an order and pick and choose what they want to fix and lie on the work order AND SAY THEY fixed it when they didnt. This apartment hasnt fixed *** AC since June and now in October and its colder weather and they are refusing to reduce my rent because Ive had to supply myself with fans and heaters because of the weather. Theres more to say about this apartment but they are horrible management is horrible, no communication nothing. Manager says we dont do maintenance request even though we have proof, and then Im doing maintenance work in my own apartment and still paying $1.1k for rent for me doing their jobs.Review from Allyson L

Mailbox vandalized twice in 1 year. AC breaks down constantly. They force people to use Fetch since the office won't hold packages. Had to install my own lock since maintenance refused to replace existing lock since key issued never work. Garage door opens automatically. Or refuses to close. Water hydrants don't work and there's been 4 water breaks since I moved in 1.5 years ago. Hence the recent fires in *******. Neighbors dog tried attacking my dog. They refer me to police department. I emailed *************************. She never responded. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SUBOPTIMAL APARTMENT COMPLEX. People don't care. They should all be fired. Our AC has not been working properly for the past week or two. We filed a maintenance that got ignored , we sent an email and got ignored as well. I was finally able to go to the main office and tell the manager about it and admitted to just seeing the emails and maintenance request. keep in mind i have a 4 month old baby - our apartment was 82 inside. they provide a small window AC that barely does anything, and when we have asked them about them helping our bill since the window ac will make it go up - it goes ignored. Also, maintenance will go into our apartment without letting ** know that they will be going or without asking permission.Review from Mary C

I purchased a pair of sandals for $1000 and wore them intermittently from June 2022 through August 2022 (** summer). I took them out this June and after a few days of wear noticed the strap was ripping. I contacted customer service on 6/6/23 and submitted my receipt and photos of the flaw as requested. I was told Id hear a solution in 3-5 business days. Today is 8 business days and my emails asking for an update have been ignored. No one has bothered to contact me even if it was just to say theyre still looking into it.
