    I got second degree ***** from ******. I called to talk to the manager and they said she wouldn't be in until Monday. I still hadn't heard from her so I called on Monday and she wasn't very helpful. She never apologized and only offered me a free wax. I told her I wanted to cancel my year pass and I had first degree ***** and went to urgent care. In no way do I want to come back there. I asked if she would refund me and pay my copay for the doctor and she said they don't do that. She ended up refunding me but I got money back on a gift card that I won't use. Also, the gift card was foe 21 but they put 10. I have scabs and peeling on my eyelids. I feel this place was negligent and should be held accountable. They should care about the customers safety.
