            On Nov. 1, 2021, I sent my Google Pixel 4 XL to UpTradeIt.com. They provided me with a FEDEX shipping label and I attached it to the box and shipped it on Nov. 3, 2021. On Nov 8, 2021, it was on the truck for delivery to them. However, UpTradeIt never received the package. I emailed the support team and was told that they would have to file a claim against FEDEX. The claim was submitted and denied by FEDEX. They provided a status update to me and they were going to call and find out why. I waited and waited and waited. I never heard back from the UpTradeIt Support Team since Dec. 6, 2021. I've tried multiple times to email and leave voice messages for someone to get back to me. I understand the package being lost is out of their hands, but I expect to be kept in the loop on things. As of today, Jan.21, 2022, it appears that I may be out the $245 offer and my phone.             Not Happy.. I have also never heard of this company & all of a sudden I have almost a $800 pending charge thru my bank for something I never ordered. Now I have to try to get my bank to cancel the transaction that I NEVER PLACED. Wth.. I see its happened b4 to individuals & I would love to know how they are doing this. I have a carrier I go thru for my cell phones so I have hands on. Ugh..

            This was a fraudulent order that was caught. The refund has already been processed. The order was cancelled on 10/24/2021. Refunds normally take about 2-3 business days to appear.
