    first was told the plan was closing in august 2024. then on another call i was told the plan had been closed for 2 years. I asked then why were funds still coming out of the account. funds were automatically being withdrawn from the checking account was$17.95 - automatically taken out each month. I asked for a statement and was told they do t have any for Inited Member Plans I would like a statement. to know where the money was going if the plan was closed. Would like a full refund from when the plan was closed (was told can only refund $53)

    On May 8th I contacted United member plans to cancel my membership. The gentleman I spoke to took my information to cancel my membership. Payments are automatically deducted from my checking account. When my automatic payment went through on the 14th of May I assumed I was too late to cancel that automated payment. Today I checked my account and see a transaction dated June 17th charging me another month of membership. I know this company has a history of being fraudulent. All I ask is that they truly cancel my membership.

    Every month they withdraw $17.95 since 2018. I signed up with NETDEBT. I dont want or need this service. Phone and website LOG IN does not work. I want a refund for the last 6 years.

    I am the executor of *******************************'s trust and I was investigating this charge and couldn't get any help for the company by the phone number listed on the withdrawal. I did get the ************ to stop payments on the withdrawals but there isn't any explanation of what the charges were for. I can't get an account number from this business for no one answers the phone. These is just a guy with a voicemail to leave a message. It doesn't sound like a reputative business by the reviews that were written.***********************

    In December 2019, I entered in a debt resolution agreement with *************************** to help with negotiating credit card debt settlement. I agreed to pay $400 a month to fund the debt settlement. At no time did I authorize a ***** monthly automatic payment with United Member Plans. For the past 3 1/2 years they have been deducting this payment. I have not used any of their services nor have I ever agreed to use their services. I am asking for a full refund of $753.90 which was withdrawn without my authorization. In addition they should stop the unauthorized withdrawal immediately. There are a number of complaints similar to mine filed with the BBB.

    I don't know how this company got my information. They have been billing me $17.95 for 10 months now. I never authorized them to bill me and I am outraged at their shady business practices.

    I have been charged $17.95 for many years (at least since 2015), thinking this was part of my supplemental insurance (it was not, discovered by a friend) and have NEVER received any services that United Memberplan claims to provide. Upon further discovery it was found to be a part of a debt consolidation plan and I was not told of the service auto drafting.In February 2023 I was able to get a customer service agent on the phone and she offered to cancel the membership and stop auto pay from my bank account. A payment was drafted yet again for April 03, 2023 and April 21, 2023. I would like to get refunded and permanently STOP these fraudulent charges?

    I enrolled in a debt consolidation program with ***************** in September, 2018. In October, 2018 I started getting $17.95 deducted from my checking account marked as ******************************************* Plan **********. Since my supplement Insurance is United Healthcare I mistakenly thought this was for insurance. I never signed up for this or approved it to be deducted from my account. I only realized this problem when I tried to change the checking account number on file to a different one. After reading the reviews on this website I see that I am not the only person this has happened to. I want this account closed and if possible would like to have at least some of my money refunded.

    I've been being charged by this company for $17.95 and have never used their services nor have I EVER authorized them to charge me. I don't know where they got a hold of my bank information, but they've been charging me unauthorized. I don't want their services I don't even know what the services are. I want it cancelled and refunded for the last year that they've been charging me.

In addition, we are refunding the last year's worth of membership dues. The Cyrs will receive that full refund within 7 to 9 days. Thanks you. Consumer Response /* (3000, 14, 2022/10/05) */ I never received the refund for being charged monthly. I was told 7 to 9 days but no reverse deposit was made to my account
