Purchased a product in August 2024 from this company. Received product in good shape.Noticed a charge of ***** on my ************* statement from this company. Called their customer service. ********************** explained that I was being charged for a subscription that I did not sign up for at the time of purchase. I explained that I did not sign up for this subscription and that they owed me $200 for the past four months. They credited me for December but refused to refund me the rest of the money owed. These practices are more than deceitful. This company preys on those that buy products, charges them a bogus subscription and hopes their customers don't catch on to the monthly scheme.Would love for this business to be fined in a major way. I ordered from this company in Nov. My order was received by me. I just received a charge on my credit card for a publication that I didn't know I ordered. I called twice and phone goes unanswered and email got no response.Customer Answer
